To be honest it'd be about turning a raped wasteland into productive again, land stripped of all resources and treating it well instead of randomly dumping waste everywhere "out of sight, out of mind" russian mentality.

And then the whole "eject possibly millions of people from a region they stole and resettled (by forcibly settling their own people there)".

And man, I heard Karelia was like worth 10% of all resources in Finland back then at the time of tragedy.

Russia is apparently operating Nazi-like concentration/re-education camps for Ukrainian children

    Washington
    CNN

The Russian government is operating an expansive network of dozens of camps where it has held thousands of Ukrainian children since the start of the war against Ukraine last year, according to a new report released Tuesday.

The report contains disturbing new details about the extent of Moscow’s efforts to relocate, re-educate, and sometimes militarily train or forcibly adopt out Ukrainian children – actions that constitute war crimes and could provide evidence that Russia’s actions amount to genocide, it said.

The report was produced as a part of the work of the US State Department-backed Conflict Observatory by the Yale Humanitarian Research Lab. The Observatory was established last year to gather evidence of Russian war crimes in Ukraine.

“All levels of Russia’s government are involved,” Yale Humanitarian Research Lab’s Nathaniel Raymond told reporters Tuesday.

Degenerate scum of the earth nation. Nothing new here. I dream of the day when that shithole just collapses and magically ceases to exist entirely.

Well, if Russia was trying to give Ukraine a reason to counter-invade Russia, they've certainly fucking done it. Kidnapping children and taking them over the border to be brainwashed and forcibly adopted is almost certainly ample provocation for them to do so. This war is going to last a hell of a lot longer than anyone wants...

think they've given them a million reasons, as well as numerous others like Georgia. But sadly, they can never counter-invade Moscow.

I'm sure the political landscape is going to make some drastic changes in the future, but as it currently stands, the only one that might care about invading Russia, would be China. But only some land in the east, and definitely not Moscow. Too damn far.

Perhaps the most likely scenario that I can see threatening Moscow itself, would be when Russia inevitably breaks into smaller pieces. Again.

    Bakhmut holds.

Turns out that russian claims to have taken Krasna Hora to the north and to be in Chasiv Yar to the southwest were not true. Shocking, I know. And the Ukrainians have actually counterattacked to the south of Bakhmut and driven the russians back around a kilometre. Weeks of russian grinding and countless bodies gone quickly again.

While russia is now throwing its contract soldiers at places like Bakhmut and Vuhledar, Ukraine is defending largely with its Territorial Defence units - its regulars are mostly behind the lines, training and equipping and making ready for their offensive when the weather improves and russia has worn out its army.

    And now for some music.

Ukrainian rock band embedded with an actual M777 crew. Those are actual soldiers in the video, not actors. You can really see it in their faces.

6000+ Killed in action on russan side in a single week....damn. This is one soldier dead every 100,8 seconds. (or 1 min 40 sec)

Here are a few examples to see how bad it is:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deadli...of_World_War_I

Its more than Russian cruiser Pallada per/day in numbers (but i am sure cost if higher due to all lost tanks)
    Don't sweat the details!!!

India cooperating with Russia on weapons and tank development

New Delhi: Russia said it is keen to share its advanced Armata modular technologies with India and participate in the joint development of the future main battle tanks (MBT) for the Indian Army.

“The Russian side is planning to participate in joint development of the Indian main battle tank with the use of modern Russian technology,” deputy director of the Russian Federal Service of Military-Technical Cooperation (FSVTS), Vladimir Drozhzhov was quoted as saying by RIA Novosti news agency.

During the Aero India 2023 expo in India’s Bengaluru, Drozhzhov further informed that India plans to launch an international tender for the new tank.

For the unversed, working with Russia on the development of MBT centered on the Armata Universal Combat Platform has been often discussed by India in the past few years.

Very clickbait article. Russia is offering but India hasn't agreed. And probably won't. They are developing their own tanks.

India just received an eyeful of F-35...and I think they really like it.

And russia was trying to get India to bankroll an earlier jet. When India pulled out, russia couldn't afford to make more than a handful of prototypes.

Yeah, first Russia needs to demonstrate the fact that they can actually build something more advanced than a T90 that doesn't break down on a parade.

Russia finds new lows every day of this war.

Now they are hunting for medical personnel.
