I mean, it's no laughing matter, but given their mortality rate either by Putin's "dismissals" or the war, that may be true eventually.

But don't you see? If Putin can afford to, i.e you are not a person of importance to his agendas - or at least, anymore - he can and will kill you JUST BECAUSE. Killing is as natural to him as breathing. You can evidently even be as low as a pedestrian that criticizes him and he'll have you tortured or killed.
I see the point being made flew right over your head, to no one's surprise.

Yuppie has a real hardon for putin, its almost funny…

“Oh hes not scared of dissent, he just doesn’t tolerate failure”

Yea, guess all those oligarchs failed at… something… maybe remembering his birthday?

Incidentally putin probably has the best russian kill rate including the ukrainian soldiers.

No, it's both. He is both paranoid of dissent/betrayal, and doesn't tolerate failure.

It's not funny its sad. Dude has gotten so many nuts from this thread he had to change his profile pic to a squirrel. I'm worried he's gunna end up ripping his dick off from fapping too much if this war doesn't end soon.

Top Russian Military Official Dead After Fall From 16th Floor

Russian military official in charge of financial provisions for the military district blamed for the Kremlin’s worst losses in Ukraine has been found dead after a nasty fall from a St. Petersburg high-rise.

Marina Yankina, head of the department of financial provisions for the Western Military District, was found dead on a sidewalk on Wednesday morning, according to multiple local reports. She is just the latest in a growing list of Russian military officials, defense industry figures, war critics, and gas and oil execs to die suddenly and mysteriously since the start of the full-scale invasion last year.

Russia's Investigative Committee is looking into the circumstances of the deadly plunge, with their preliminary conclusion being suicide, according to Fontanka.

It's likely not even Putin that orders these. but those under him trying to gain influence within Putin's circle. Kill the scapegoat, go up a rung on the ladder. Putin likely just smiles and shrugs because they're fighting each other meaning no one to start a coup. Can't start one if everyone around you is a potential window thrower.

Either way, I would not cast doubt on it because Putin is a psychopath. He is failure intolerant, though. The fact he has an administration that would order such killings regardless of his consent illustrates that.

It's also pretty fucked up as a whole. You know, a legitimate government entity - formerly of the world stage - that casually murders people like that.

RuZZkies have as much of a legitimate government as I'm the Queen Empress of this galaxy.

LONG POST. ALSO, MAY BE NSFL. READ AT YOUR PERIL.

Following up more on Russian's child concentration camps I mentioned a few days ago. An anonymous user on reddit and Twitter is very dedicated to this particular atrocity of Russia's, and has documented massive amount of details, including perpetrators.

More than 6,000 children in Russia’s custody. Children from Ukraine ages four months to 17 years who have been held at camps and other facilities since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022. At least 43 facilities in network. 12 camps around the Black Sea, 7 in occupied Crimea, 10 clustered around Moscow, Kazan, and Yekaterinburg. 11 of the camps are located over 500 miles from Ukraine’s border, including two camps in Siberia and one in Russia’s Far East.

Network of children’s facilities stretches from one end of Russia to the other: The furthest camp this investigation identifies is in Magadan oblast in Russia’s Far East near the Pacific Ocean, approximately 3,900 miles from Ukraine’s border with the Russian Federation.

At least 32 (78%) of the camps engaged in systematic re-education efforts that expose children from Ukraine to Russia-centric academic, cultural, patriotic, and/or military education. At least two camps that hosted children alleged to be orphans who were later placed with foster families in Russia. Twenty children from these camps were reported to have been placed with families in Moscow oblast and enrolled in local schools there.

At two camps, Artek and Medvezhonok, children’s returns were suspended indefinitely according to parents. Medvezhonok is one of the largest camps identified, at one point hosting at least 300 children from Ukraine. Parents also described being unable to get information about their child’s status or whereabouts after their return has been suspended. It is unknown how many of Ukraine’s children Russia currently holds and how many have been released to their families.

Pretty sure you'd have to be posting unedited (maybe even edited) gore photos for that tag to be relevant.

So many suicides in Russia, maybe it’s something in the water.
The suicide by firing squad is my current favourite, thou I’m hoping of a someone getting a suicide by jumping out of a helicopter still.

I've seen people break down over just hearing of Russia's child genocide alone. So there's reason to stand it's not for the faint of heart, especially in great detail. Therefore, a Not Safe tag is ok.

I don't have much of a soul in myself anymore so I watch or hear these things without being worn down, though. I understand why other people would be distressed though to be considerate enough.

Arrested German intel officer was to leak HIMARS and IRIS-T locations in Ukraine to Moscow – Der Spiegel
The publication writes that last fall, the FSB tried to obtain data on the location of Ukrainian artillery and air defense through an employee of Germany’s Federal Intelligence Service, named as Carsten L., who was later arrested.

According to the investigation, the BND officer was supposed to provide the FSB with GPS data for the HIMARS rocket systems, provided by Washington, and the IRIS-T air defense system, supplied by Berlin.

"People familiar with the case say it is unlikely that such data could have been leaked," the newspaper writes.

Der Spiegel reports that the spy was offered a "six-figure sum" for providing information.

In December, a foreign intelligence agent suspected of passing state secrets to Russia was arrested in Germany.

The detainee, whose name, according to media reports, is Carsten L., is suspected of treason.
Funny that Russia needed help finding and trying to destroy Himars when according to them they had already killed 5x more than we ever sent.
