Not yet. But as soon as muddy season ends, there is gona be Ukraine counter assaunt for sure as right now they are on total defense to cause as much losses to russans as possible.
Russan cannon fodder is also right now protesting, so there is a chance we may see some parts of the front collapse soon.

Its quite possible there was a police visit. I know Konstanine fled russa and he was also showing shops out of fear.
