The Prig has come out and refuted every single talking point that pootie used to justify the war.
He said Ukraine was not shelling donetsk for the last 8 years and nor were they planning on invading russia with NATO troops. He still doesn't blame pootie, saying that the MOD deceived pootie about what was going on.

I doubt it's out of the goodness of his heart, but I bet he's trying to position himself as the "reasonable alternative" to putin for negotiations when he is in power.

This is Prigozhin practically asking to be defenestrated at this point. Unless it's all part of the Russian propaganda or misinformation campaign.

Of everything he said the two that are likely the most ...risky... politically are the admissions that 1, Ukraine was no threat to Russians in Russia or the Donbass and 2, that if the "Kremlin got off of Olympus this could have been sorted diplomatically, that Zelensky wanted to sort this diplomatically".
A third point worth mentioning was the admission that the Donbass has been looted bare. That the people living there are so much worse off today than before.

It's likely he's being careful in his wording. If he points towards Shoigu then the dictator just sees it as two people who could point their guns at him are pointing at each other, thus Prig doesn't seem like a threat needing to be removed. Plus he's not attacking the military itself so he's not breaking any of the new laws. Originally Posted by Corvus

Lithuania president calls Russia a "cancer" that needs to be purged or the world will be destroyed.
The world needs to be cured of Russia, the first president of post-Soviet Lithuania said Friday.
“Russia has become a cancer of Europe and the world,” said Vytautas Landsbergis, who was speaking at a ceremony in the Lithuanian parliament, according to public broadcaster LRT.
“If it is cured, the world may survive, but if not, it may lead to the destruction of the world,” the former president added.
Landsbergis was one of the founders of the pro-independence Reform Movement, which led the struggle for independence from the Soviet Union until Lithuania officially seceded in March 1990. He was president from 1990 to 1992, and later served as a member of the European Parliament from 2004 to 2014.
His grandson, Gabrielius, is Lithuania’s current foreign minister, and has been one of Russia’s fiercest critics since the start of the Kremlin’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
The war in Ukraine has led to resurgent fears of further expansionism from Moscow in the Baltic countries, scarred by decades of Russian occupation.
