Just to clarify, I didn't think it super likely that Zelensky would ally with Prig, more of a "Will he accept their surrender and give them lighter sentences for the shit they've pulled if they cooperate and hand over useful intel" sorta thing.

Prig will likely pull out of Ukraine while trying to retain Crimea.
Ukraine will want the full house, so this war will go on.
Ex-Mod. Technically retired, they just won't let me quit.
Well fuck me sideways. This night gonna be an interesting one.
@Gabriel, I join you in the vigil with power of energy drinks.
This is the power play I wanted to see, Russia crumbling from inside while Ukraine can push forward. And if Wagner has any hope of marching towards Moscow, Russia will need to withdraw their mobiks to defend ze Czar.
Lots of wishful thinking here, but definitely I want to see the outcome.
Well this will be interesting.

And for God's sake @YUPPIE, get more lube, you're gonna chafe yourself badly with how excited you're getting.
I took the evening off to play FF16 (it's fine so far, I seem utterly incapable of getting dodge and combo timing right though lol), took a break for dinner and scrolled my favorite news sources and I see that a fucking Coup is in the works.
Man there are a lot of smug fucks from early in this thread I feel like being petty and tagging, but I think knowing they're seething silently at Russia falling apart under its own incompetence is enough for me.
This is not what I expected to wake up to. Of course russian propagandists are saying the troops and roadblocks in Moscow are not due to the Prig but for Ukrainian saboteurs.
With russian army units reportedly refusing to go after Wagner, it'll be down to rosgvardia and they aren't suited to fighting actually soldiers. The common soldiers seem to have a lot more respect towards the Prig than the senior officers, which could make things interesting. 1917 ring a bell?
On the downside, whoever wins still doesn't want the war to end.

The Prig is claiming that when they crossed the border they were embraced by the border security guards.
True, but one can hope the violent infighting, in addition to the Border Raids from those Ultra-nationalists, tie Russian command's hands enough that they can't respond as well to a Ukrainian breakthrough. For those of us who want Ukraine to win, the best we can hope for is that this coup attempt is drawn out for as long and as violently as possible.

Damn son, shit might actually be goin down.
The odds of getting accurate information as to what is going on inside Russia feel low to me; Putin is going to be quick to crack down on foreign reporters to keep news from getting out because this whole situation is going to be humiliating to him given it's one of the biggest threats to his grip on power in decades.

MSNBC is now reporting on it, saying that the Wagner group has left Ukraine and are heading into Russia. They are moving on Moscow and the Russian Army Headquarters.
The reports are they are heading towards Rostov, which is the HQ for the whole invasion.
Lukashenko's private plane has also departed Belarus a few hours ago, it flew toward Russia went south and has just crossed the Georgian border after which it turned straight toward Turkey.
The Prig is now saying that the air force was ordered to bomb his column but the pilots refused as they were moving alongside civilian traffic and the pilots didn't want to strike civilians.
That one doesn't sound as credible as indiscriminate bombing of civilians is what russia's air force does best.
"Law and Order", lots of places have had that, Russia, North Korea, Saddam's Iraq.
Laws can be made to enforce order of cruelty and brutality.
