the problem with this war ongoing you see, is I noticed a trend in relation to that civilian bombing I posted not too long ago.

Every time (and I mean every time) Ukraine makes some military breakthrough and you hear a news headline of something along the lines of "Russia swears vengeance/retaliation", something like a terrorist attack on civilians happens.

This is basically Russia's strategy. They know they aren't suffering any real political or economic ramifications for it, so they will keep unleashing these terrorist attacks on innocent people methodically to break the spirit of Ukraine and repeatedly drive that "untouchable" message to the West.

As far as news obviously every news station has some bias, but when they report verifiable facts then you should be able to trust most of what they say.

Russia has been terror bombing civilian targets since day one of the 'Three day operation'. They will continue to do so until they are either driven out of Ukraine and surrender or they run out of missiles and bombs. Ukraine is largely striking military targets with their limited drone strikes inside Russia and aren't deliberately targeting civilians like the Russians are.

It wasn't just meager bias. For practically all of 2022 and up to most of 2023, we only ever heard of Russian incompetence and how Ukraine was absolutely steamrolling them; how this war will be over pretty soon.

But now, with how the counteroffensive hasn't gone as intended, we can see what it's actually like. It's not that the Russians are necessarily winning, but they are actually a legitimate military threat going even on the battlefield.

I didn't, and I wouldn't care either. Russia's nukes are probably not even functional at this point judging by the state of... *gestures at everything*, and the barely sentient apes that would be doing the infighting would probably just end up giving themselves radiation poisoning.
