Note that Minsk-protocols were signed after Russia failed to uphold the borders of Ukraine as promised in the Budapest memorandum, and instead invaded.
Yes, Russia did not only promise that they wouldn't invade in that memorandum, they even promised to protect Ukraine.

Russia and DPR didn't uphold Minsk protocols either, and I still don't know why keep writing "okraine" as part of your failed nation bashing.
