Russia simply doesn't obey any common rules because it can do just that. No contract, deal, agreement with Russia is valid. Now, Russia has taken it to a new level that we need further and further sanctions to strangle them dry.

Any kind of peace agreement is only valid if it involves massive amounts of Nato troops stationed in Ukraine, near the Russian border preferably.

Otherwise the treaty would not be worth the paper it's written on.
