They want renewable energy over there, they just need to hook the grid up to Reagan spinning in his grave.
When challenging a Kzin, a simple scream of rage is sufficient. You scream and you leap.

Hypocrites. Guy was not in the military, Ukraine has no death penalty under any circumstances.
All your blah blah about rules and laws, but clearly they don't apply to the good ones "because reasons", isn't that right? There are always exceptions and excuses, which only Russia cannot afford, but Ukraine, Ukraine sure can, yes? There is another word for murders like these, try to remember what it was.
He wasn't the first, too, but it is probably nice to think that Dugina was not killed by Ukraine.

Oh, yeah, and regarding US and EU - "Where's the money, Lebowski?"
What does the GDP matter when a fucking dumb shell costs as much as AI accelerator card? You should be up in arms about Rheinmetall asking thousands for a single shell instead.

Don't see death penalty being legal (due moratorium) in Russia either, but don't see him condemning russians executing their own people and ukrainian POWs for funsies.

Don't join the enemy during a war and you don't get killed.

Fog war! Has all that been proven and accepted as a fact by all parties involved, and couple dozen independent investigators too? No? War fog! Can't be proven. Let's wait for facts.

    Sound familiar?

I have to admit that is by far one of the weirdest things in this war, the fact that this moratorium still exists, I mean, why bother?

Because Russia likes to play pretend.
Same way they pretend to be a democracy, when anyone outside of Russia, and probably a lot inside Russia, would laugh at the idea.
It ignores such insignificant forces as time, entropy, and death

Russia simply doesn't obey any common rules because it can do just that. No contract, deal, agreement with Russia is valid. Now, Russia has taken it to a new level that we need further and further sanctions to strangle them dry.

We don't need further sanctions. We need to actually enforce the existing ones and not let it be so easy for everyone interested to make minor modifications and skirt around them.

I agree on principle, I just want to add that this behavior is common to all great powers. Go ask middle east, Africa and all other places that we have ravaged.

Also, sanctions won't "strangle them them dry" as long as the majority of world's population is doing business with them.

Seems like a perfectly legal target in a war.

The lack of support from the Republicans is a good thing. Perhaps this will finally encourage the West and Ukraine to come to the negotiation table.
A Vietnam War 2.0 is simply not sustainable. All these talk of western unity at the early stages of the war and Ukrainian military prowess didn't age well.
The comedian Voldemort Zelensky needs to realize that the war is a stalemate; even his top general recognizes that, but comedian Zelensky is delusional.
I think Russia will be able to conquer more land if Ukraine doesn't negotiate soon, given that support for Ukraine has dropped and Putin is boosting his troop numbers by 15% while Ukraine is running out of men to fight.

Do you honestly think Russia will not just attack again if there was a peace agreement negotiated right now?

    Why do you trust Russia?

Any kind of peace agreement is only valid if it involves massive amounts of Nato troops stationed in Ukraine, near the Russian border preferably.

Otherwise the treaty would not be worth the paper it's written on.

Vladimir Putin says he will run for president again in 2024 election
I'm sure it's gonna be a close one!

Once again, RuZZki, why should Russia win some land? Why should they get anything? Why hasn't the script writers for you improved in any way?

They saw what happened in Hollywood and followed suit.
