Casualties per day also include injuries thst prevent further deployment that and MIA so the reported numbers arent plain deaths.

IIRC 700K+ is casualties, which doesn't equate dead. It's also those that are injured and removed from the front lines.

Strangely enough, I think in no small part we have Iran attacking Isreal to thank for this.
Either war, its good news, and with the F-16 training due to be finished within the next couple weeks, Ukraine can take back their skies and get a much needed morale boost.

F-16s will not be a "wonderweapon" and I seriously doubt they will change the battlefield calculus very much. They will certainly help Ukraine, but this war is proving that without complete air superiority and SEAD, the sky over battle lines is a very hostile place for aircraft. (For my own grain of salt, I'd suggest the US pull as many F-117A's out of mothballs as they can scrounge up volunteer ground crew for - this is the war they were built to fight.)

Right now the eastern front has been hammered by Russian jets far out of range of Ukraines AA lobbing glide bombs that apparently have been causing devastation and several recent losses. F-16s should be able to fix that.
More ammo for the patriots won't hurt either.

The war will only end when Ukraine gets some of the West's doomsday weapons like ATACMS and Taurus, something that would make the Russian casualties rack up 10 times and make Pootie and his cronies very concerned.

Until that happens, Ukraine will continue to be a money black hole for Western funds because Pootie can just spend an unlimited number of conscripts both Russian as well as North Korean and Pakistani, while Ukraine only has its own soldiers.
