In astounding (but not surprising) case of limp dick we collectively seem to roll on our backs again. Even after the gruesome and brutal bombing of the children's hospital it seems west is just incapable of real action.

Instead of permission to finally strike Russia proper with US weapons to prevent these terrorist actions, they decided to inform that airbases and deeper strikes are off the table into foreseeable future. Not only this but the spineless cowardice of our US allies has buried the ongoing developement between Poland and Ukraine in which they had been working a deal and framework for Polish air defences being extended to protect Ukrainian airspace, framework Poland had been working on under the hoods to extend into other bordering NATO countries.

All that effort is now buried when Kirby in few short words said no this morning, citing escalation and Poland backed off of the project under pressure. Disgusting display of western weakness.

    Escalation my ass.

    https://edition.cnn.com/2024/07/11/p...lot/index.html

US intelligence discovered earlier this year that the Russian government planned to assassinate the chief executive of a powerful German arms manufacturer that has been producing artillery shells and military vehicles for Ukraine, according to five US and western officials familiar with the episode.

The plot was one of a series of Russian plans to assassinate defense industry executives across Europe who were supporting Ukraine’s war effort, these sources said. The plan to kill Armin Papperger, a white-haired goliath who has led the German manufacturing charge in support of Kyiv, was the most mature.

When the Americans learned of the effort, they informed Germany, whose security services were then able to protect Papperger and foil the plot. A high-level German government official confirmed that Berlin was warned about the plot by the US.
Terrorist Nazi Russia once again. Almost like they want to be at war with NATO, and they're so afraid of NATO they do their all to invite war.

Of course, they're doing it anyways because limp dick politicians forgot that RuZZia doesn't need a reason to attack your citizens, in your country, so politicians are deathly afraid of escalation that already happened. Unless someone wants to say state-sponsored assassinations from terrorist state are just usual, normal life.

Lul. Ok, let's assume they off him - what then? Rheinmetall keeps producing and delivering arms. There are zero reasons why that would change if the biggest suit was removed, immediate replacements in form of other C-levels are there for starters.

But I guess today is a day of really tall tales

Right, killing someone high up in a company never had any influence on anything ever. Very well-spotted you brilliant mind.

Imagine if the top boss was killed, the next guy in line, "Maybe we shouldn't do what got my boss killed."
If the NGIL falls into food poisoning, the next next guy to take over will have some very impassioned words to say about the subject.

For years Russia been killing/trying to kill old defectors who posed little threat to them and the story is a front page CNN exclusive.

But of course you call it bullshit with your excellent Telegram counter sources, or just plain "logic". Do you have some pathological contrarianism going on combined with "love being dunked on" fetish? Because getting dunked on is all what you will get with your usual takes like that one.

Yearly Easo appearance, either doing a favor for his fellow vatniks who no longer can post, or he really likes being wrong. Either way, fog of war will claim him once more for some months.

I expect vatniks to start popping up now with NATO summit going on. They quickly gotta start chanting "Russia stronk".

And what, not a single comment about the funny claim regarding "pilot"? I guess intelligences burning very valuable assets right away after acquiring them for some cheap propaganda claim sounds reasonable.

Remind me - how corporations work? Go on, explain in details how Rheinmetall, a nationally critical entity, will on their own decide to do anything to impact the production? Or why would their work even stop or slow down if someone dies. Sure, new CEO would take time - but why would anything change? Or maybe you think in this case no one would sign new weapons contracts?
Once again - it isn't mom and pop shop, it's something German goverment has their hand up so deep it comes out of the mouth. They literally cannot work without goverment approving their actions.

Are you feeling well? Not a single mention of Telegram, the claims are from anything but Russian sources and are very tall and yes, illogical, because CEO is just a cog there.
Also - what does this have to do with defectors? The supposed target is very different from "the usual ones".

You too could instead attempt to actually explain how this would impact production in any form, but alas.

Your only counter seems to be "lul prove it."

Which, apparently, both German and US intelligence agencies did.

So your argument must default then to "who are you going to trust more, German and US intelligence agencies, or Russia?"

I'll let you answer your own implied question there, bud.

But I never said it would impact production?

My point was entirely about how vatniks keep pretending Russia is so afraid of NATO that it was West's fault they "had to invade Ukraine", that they keep doing terrorist plans against the very nations that belong to NATO. Almost like committing such acts provoke hostility - which seems rather odd choice for a nation which keeps vomiting propaganda that NATO is the hostile one against oh-so poor Russia.

Personally, it's hard to explain a point that I didn't have in the first place.

I'd extend that to any targets that help Putler, or ones whos demise would hurt him greatly.

No need to assassinate them, just leave documents on their desk showing where six more bolts on the tank they're responsible for are hidden in the design so they can sell them and pocket the change.

    Tanks dismantled, ez!

So what you're saying is that the CEO is basically just a face that can be replaced in an instant without any consequences for anything.

Also, you're saying it's practically run by the German government, and killing someone this high up working with the German government is just "eh who cares?".

Yep, that sounds very elaborate and smart.
