Either Russia has endless amounts of troops in Ukrainian clothes and weapons, or, maybe, it was a bad idea.
Wouldnt be surprised atall if they have quite alot tbh.
    Its very effective and dissruptive.
(Ala Otto Skorzeny’s operation Grief during ww2 ardennes 1944).
Even if special ops like that fail at direct aims, they succeed in createing chaos slowing the opposition alot and increasing the risks of friendly fire inncidents.

Putin's will not disengage or back down, he is in this for the long fight and has prepared this for a while this is just the beginning, and before the day is done I think He'll find a way to provoke NATO

Yes, it is also generally frowned upon. Civilians as shields and all that. Of course, everyone does it regardless, but also everyone will point fingers at opponent. This includes Donbas and this war as well.

Either learn to recognize military equipment (let me add to it, in video you can see smoke and vapour coming from missile's engine, Kalibrs are smokeless, Iskanders are too fast to be seen, Smerchs cant do that much damage) or use logic and wait. Why, the hell, would they fire across whole Ukraine increasing chances of shootdown, instead of the nearby border in the north?

We had this episode yesterday about the Russian tank crushing civilian car with grandpa inside. Every media went stupid, because emotions and "Russian killers" sell better. THINK and the RETHINK

We must do everything in our power to turn Putin's war in Ukraine into Afghanistan 2.0 for Putin's new imagined Soviet Empire. I truly believe that there may be an opportunity to strike a crushing blow against Putin's power and his hold on Russia here. Between the poor Russian morale, Ukrainian fighting spirit and Western intelligence arms and supplies empowering Ukraine, this fight may become extremely costly and painful. The whole worlds opinion is against Putin this time, and in this day and age it is impossible to hide the facts from the Russian population, who do not understand why they are fighting their fellow Slavs in the first place. I strongly believe that turning Russian opinion against Putin is the best way to success in this war. It also offers the best long term perspective for dealing with other dangerous dictators across the globe.

Not everyone in the world can be an expert in warporn or military weapons. I've been watching different news outlets, each with their own military experts. The only footage available at the time was the building itself with the damage. No footage of a missile or whatever hitting it. I apologize for stating something wrong with the info I had at the time. And I'm a bit ashamed because I served in the military for 5 years although in my defense I didn't work with projectiles or ammunition at the time, I was just a simple quartermaster.

Putin is losing face every day this conflict last longer. He can control state media and try to block Facebook but people will hear about the casualties, about most of the Ukrainians not being actual nazis, about all those protesters being arrested, why russia is being sanctioned etcetera.

SWIFT ban may be incoming, Italy and Hungary stopped opposing it.
Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.

As for Russian losses. I am going to go and purely guess - a significant part of those are from attacks on supply convoys/lost squads/absolutely careless soldiers by local defense and cut off Ukrainian Army units. Almost all of them - on soft-skinned vehicles.
There are some clear failures in Russian command after all. Nothing really significant, but still painful for them.

I do not see significant heavy armament losses, though. And that, well, is worrying. Not like I ever expected Ukraine to win, but worrying nonetheless.

Regardless - Russian MoD bullshit about no casualties is just that, bullshit. Enough guro and human BBQ for everyone to confirm that.

As for the Snake island and it's defense to death. It might not be entirely true and those posthumous awards might be premature.

How long before no-regulatory mercenaries starts rising up fighting for Ukraine, could be Phase 2. There are a lot of extremely well qualified specialists around the globe itching to kick some serious ass. I'm seeing some reports, but I will refuse to comment on it for now.

Hey not so fast, that's not the way to end a discussion on MMOC. We should drag it through at least 10 pages!

These videos out there are upsetting. So heartbreaking. I can not imagine the stress of these folks.

Good luck to those Ukrainians defending their home. Terrible, terrible.

Emmm, Peskov said 1h ago that Putin has stopped troop movement due to upcoming peace talks. I do not see this anywhere else outside the Russian news.
He also said that jihadmobiles are being used by Ukraine, but now called bandermobiles.

Then it is followed by random rambling in newer posts that Ukraine is not going to participiate.

Doing stuff like this they might get even more of their soldiers killed.

It's also a war crime to dress up in uniforms of the enemy for combat operations. Just yet another way Russia are being complete shitstains.

We really don't. When will Americans learn that just because you root for some guys doesn't mean they're good enough in your own backyard. Ukrainians couldn't give less of a toss about the West, they don't share our ideals, nor our understanding of freedom. All they see is that we're the better option between us and Russia. The better option for them, that is.

Not anymore, Zelensky apparently rejected negotiations. Troop movement resumed.

Basically they were in talks with the Ukrainian government about the negotiations venue yesterday on Friday. Russia stopped troop movement and resumed today after not hearing from the Ukrainian side.

If Germany is isolated and the last one to oppose a SWIFT ban, it'll take just a few days before we fold. Germany's way too keen on harmony within the EU than dying on that hill for Putin.

There is a case to be made against the SWIFT ban while it makes things difficult it doesn't stop bank functions however 5% of Russia's GDP is nothing to scoff at.

And those few days may be a few days too late.
