nah. the only lines crossed have been from russia in 2014 and 2022. if they dont like their land being invaded then maybe they stop invading their neighbors.

Oh noes what they going to escalate to now? Oh nothing more than what they are doing because they can’t do shit else because they pissed it all into anti-tank missiles and got stuck in mud. I’m still all in for taking the reins off those Storm Shadows and blowing some command infrastructure up in Moscow. This is why they have kids and national guard “guarding” quiet parts of the front. They got nothing else.

Maybe these few companies will do enough to bring some of the front out of the trenches and into a more mobile fight that will suit Ukraine better.

Ohh my God! Maybe Putin will finally not do anything as drastic as you all thought this spoiler would be.

it'd honestly make him look pathetic and weak if he doesn't do anything significant in response to a border incursion.

He'd look even more pathetic and weak if, after having suffered an incursion from a neighbor he's been unable to conquer for years now, he suddenly resorted to the kinds of things you're oh-so-clearly intimating he will.

Tell us, Yuppers, just how many times now ITT have you said "surely Putin will now do something completely villainous and over-the-top!"

given the news outlets say Russian civilians are mighty pissed off and a lot of Putin's stooges aren't too pleased, that's the basis I have for Putin having to do something to save face.

This is a very serious matter right now, because we saw what Putin did when Wagner's ex-leader made a fool of him.

So who of his own will he kill this time?

Nothing he can do will help him save face.

And since when has Putin given a single shit for the average Russian citizen? He's sending enough of them off to die in Ukraine for his own personal ambition.

So it's like a question of how he will react then to this entire country now taking the fight to Russia's very borders?

He is free to murder his own psychopaths if he wants to.

If Putler kills more RuZZkies as result, even better. What's not to like? Only you (well, and the other ruZZki shills) are shocked of the prospect of your komrade komissars being offed.

What I've read is, the likely target is the gas and/or the nearby nuclear energy plant. Must be real bad news for the few countries in Europe that are still depend on Russian energy like Hungary.

What? There were a lot of questions asked.

And your examples are stupid. One was the public face of his opposition in Russia, and the led an aborted paramilitary coup against him.

It's like you're saying "If he'll murder them, he'll murder anyone!" and that statement, considering who those two people were and what they represented, is just fucking idiotic.

Well, maybe he'll send troops into Ukraine to try and take it over.

Oh, wait, he's already doing that.

At least Russia has admitted that this is a war. Think of how embarrassing it would be to explain that this incursion resulted during only a "special military operation". Though this still just highlights how badly it's going for them.

50% of eu gas exports are from Sudzha
50% of russian gas exports to the EU != 50% of gas exports to the EU in total. The Eu is FAR from anywhere near dependent on russia for gas supplies

He turned on his own side? Yes, that’s very Putin. That’s all he has. He’s welcome to keep doing that.

This, incidentally, is also quite dangerous for putin, if he turns too hard on his own stooges and side, he might bite off more than he can chew off. (He wouldn't be the first dictator whose cronies feel it's safer to eliminate him once he starts targeting his inner circle)

Russian railways aren't doing too hot.

    "B-b-b-buy Western propaganda!!"
This is from Russian sources with ties to the government. It'd be a shame if Ukraine were to kick the railways while they're down hehe
