"heart of Russia" refers to Moscow if you don't get it. Speaking of which, this came up just now on the news
Ukraine is aiming to obtain permission from the United Kingdom to use long-range Storm Shadow missiles against targets deep within Russia, a strategy that could force Moscow to start negotiations to end the conflict, The Guardian reports, citing high-ranking Ukrainian officials.
One of the sources said that Russia would only agree to negotiations if it realized that Ukraine could “threaten Moscow and St. Petersburg.”
The use of Storm Shadow to strike deep into Russian territory would demonstrate to the Kremlin that military facilities near the Russian capital are under threat of direct attacks, other sources from the publication said.
However, this strategy carries risk and has not yet received support from the US. Although Storm Shadow missiles were developed as part of Anglo-French cooperation, some components are supplied by the United States, meaning permission for their use in Ukraine must also come from the White House. Nevertheless, the White House has so far refused, fearing an escalation of the conflict.
I KNEW the US knows Russia's capabilities to be hesitant unlike a lot of doubters here. They know that should Moscow be attacked, the retaliation would be unlike anything we have seen thus far. I do not doubt the US' intelligence networks on this matter or else they would have permitted Ukraine to strike long ago, as Russia is the US' mortal enemy. They would love nothing for Russia to fall.

They DO have to have some guidelines, otherwise people will get fed up leave this thread because
and shit up other threads.
It's a paradox, how much shiting up a thread is acceptable, how much shitting up a thread is controllable, and how much shitting up other threads can you allow if that shitting level is unacceptable for all involved.
Shittinger's Paradox.
whatever it is, it's enough the US has let this war drag on as it has and continues to impose restrictions. And this is with Ukraine as its proxy without even doing any fighting on its own. Imagine how happy the US would be to see Russia fall. But they wouldn't want that if it meant some disastrous consequences came out of it affected them as well.
This is just a straight-up lie. The US' mortal enemies are China and Russia, both of which primarily stand in its way for geopolitical and economic supremacy.
There is nothing that would make the US happier than for these long-time adversaries to fall, and that's why the US is so invested into the Ukarine-Russia war.
As an actual American, I can say that the vast majority of Americans don't even think about those two countries. The United States stopped wanting to compete with Russia about 35 years ago. The competition is over.
The United States is invested, because it's a cheap investment. Russia is trying to play out of its league, and looks pitiful in the process.
Since you are clearly not an American, it makes sense that you'd make such a mistake. You Russians are the ones who are constantly thinking about the United States.
