There are some in Europe that believe in this like Dragi but as you saw his propositions were rejected by Germany, Holland and the like. There are such people in my country too, they have fantasies about a Europe federation with shared army, economy etc that will somehow benefit them but it will never happen, I'm not a dreamer, I didn't predict those because they represent my ideology but rather because they are the only realistic outcomes.
