Ukraine has agreed to talks in Belarus, but no actual confirmation by Ukraine, who said at this morning that they won't hold talks there.
Might also just be hot air pushing with immediate ultimatums.
As for the logistics, ehh, the decision to drop equipment and move on seems to be given by the upper command. No bodies, no battle damage, most of vehicles are likely to be recaptured later.
And before you fap to Russian losses - you do not want to see what is going to happen when (not if) Ukrainians are going to start retreating from south and east towards centre. Air strikes are apparent now and they are happening. Ukrainian highway of death, anyone?
That Kharkiv attack was just reconnaissance, only light vehicles. Seems that most troops got out alive, too.
Russia clearly has lost the media war, though. Reading their news one could get the impression fighting is going only in Donbas. Everything to avoid saying about full scale war along 2km frontline.
Even more funny, militias in Donbas are still reporting/complaining about Kiev using the banned weaponry (think high caliber guns).
P.S.
First signs of ATM clearing in Russia.
As I was saying. We don't know if all of them, but most definitely the majority.
They technically aren't bailing them out they just won't say no to Russia's foreign reserves, Russia is going to have to buy a lot more from China so either directly or indirectly they will be laundering Russian money. Of course they will be doing this for a fee a very hefty fee.

Let's face it American banks are going to be involved in helping Russia too, Goldman Sachs is probably already "advising". Russia is going to be desperate and the banking sector is not short on greedy vultures.
Putin is going to do a video speech in 10 minutes!
This comes after the peace talk offers.
Do your bets, now. I... have a bad feeling.

In Russian, obviously, but maybe ABC or someone else will do live translation when it starts.
I am going to take a wild guess manufactured videos of people cheering for Russian troops, talk of the "Nazi" Ukraine government committing "horrible crimes" against Russian women and children. You can throw in some sprinkles of Russian brotherhood with the people and some ranting, bluntly I think Putin is suffering from dementia. His last speech was something you would expect to hear from Trump, he is usually far more careful with his words.
Hmf...probably remind everyone about his nukes, ignoring the fact that other countries also have them.
It was obvious that this would happen, he can't back down now.

It starts to feel like a co-op starcraft game.
Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.
'Putin: "Western countries aren't only taking unfriendly economic actions against our country, but leaders of major Nato countries are making aggressive statements about our country. So I order to move Russia's deterrence forces to a special regime of duty."'

Hopefully this is nothing more than sabre rattling.

Yeah, something is seriously wrong with Putin. I hope those around him are getting really worried because while Putin may want to burn the world, the rest of them kinda want to live in it still.
