So what, you don't care about/are happy to defend child rapists? Just want to clarify here, not lobbing allegations, just asking a question.

Man, every time Vampire activates, it's an event. He is the last man standing of that loony, "Russia stronk" reality deniers crowd.
Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.

He quite literally won't let anyone talk about it. So yeah. He cares because his name is all over it.

I used to think he was just misinformed and needed more education but its been years now he apparently hasn't changed his Youtube algothrim or read much of anything posted here, so I think I'm going to have to stop cutting him so much slack. I guess hes just another of those anti-science, anti-knowledge, angry and proud conservatives like the others here.

Well not sure how you measure "strong" or "weak", what I'm saying is that they keep getting ground, they got Chasiv Yar, they advanced in Pokrovsk. https://deepstatemap.live/en#10/48.4797492/38.0278015 (this is owned by Ukraine)

Will Ukraine turn the tables? I don't know and none here has a way to know about it so following a logical process based on the info that is available to the public we can say that Russia is winning this since it gains ground. This is obviously a problem for the west, they won't let it pass.

When Trump decides to take action, it's usually serious and to the point, so you shouldn't expect some useless sanctions from him, this is going to be interesting because Russia is committed to conquer the entire Ukraine, they already got Chasiv Yar and Pokrovsk will follow soon. They are not willing to back down.

I saw in the news that American nuclear submarines are close to Russian sea. Not sure what is going to happen, the next set of sanctions are going to be very serious and military action is also possible.

USA is corrupted just like everyone but it's not collaborative country (like modern Greece is), it puts its interests first. There is a desire for confrontation with Russia, that's clear, the real reason is unknown, it can be to weaken China, rare earths/natural resources, preserve Europe, none knows the real reason.
It's weird that you manage to not only defend a rapist, but also try and defend a completely separate murderer, all in one post.

Following Medvedev's drunken nuclear posturing over US aid in Ukraine, Trump said he has sent 2 nuclear subs somewhere into Pacific for Russia specifically (ofc there always are those there but eh). Posturing sure and I still have no faith in Trump doing anything but plunder everything but it's at least nice to see some rhetoric of supposed strength than just letting Russia act rogue nuclear state with zero response.

Here's 3 videos of Ukrainian drones attacking an oil refinery in Novokuibyshevsk, Russia. It's fun watching Russian shit going up in flames.

And one of another drone hitting a bridge that was rigged to blow by Russia to trap Ukrainian troops. This one has some real expertise as the pilot avoids drone nets to get it done.

Another five Russian jets hit by Ukrainian drones last night, this time in Crimea.

Reports are one destroyed and the other four damaged.

I'm going to enhance your point by correcting you: it's three going on four years, not two going on three.

I'm just going to quote the article. They write better than I do anyways. Its almost like they get paid for it.

The coming week could mark a pivotal moment in the war between Russia and Ukraine, as U.S. President Donald Trump’s deadline for the Kremlin to reach a peace deal approaches — or it could quietly pass without consequence.

Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff was expected in Moscow midweek, just before Trump’s Friday deadline for the Kremlin to stop the killing or face potentially severe economic penalties from Washington.

So far Trump’s promises, threats and cajoling have failed to shift the Kremlin’s position, and the stubborn diplomatic stalemate remains in place. Meanwhile, Ukraine is losing more territory on the front line, although there is no sign of a looming collapse of its defenses.
Trump’s envoy is expected in Moscow
Witkoff is expected to land in the Russian capital on Wednesday or Thursday, according to Trump, following his trip to Israel and Gaza.

“They would like to see (Witkoff),” Trump said Sunday of the Russians. “They’ve asked that he meet so we’ll see what happens.”

Trump, exasperated that Russian President Vladimir Putin hasn’t heeded his calls to stop bombing Ukrainian cities, a week ago moved up his ultimatum to impose additional sanctions on Russia as well as introduce secondary tariffs targeting countries that buy Russian oil, including China and India.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Monday that officials are happy to meet with Trump’s envoy. “We are always glad to see Mr. Witkoff in Moscow,” he said. “We consider (talks with Witkoff) important, substantive and very useful.”

Trump is not sure sanctions will work
Trump said Sunday that Russia has proven to be “pretty good at avoiding sanctions.”

“They’re wily characters,” he said of the Russians.

The Kremlin has insisted that international sanctions imposed since its February 2022 invasion of its neighbor have had a limited impact.

Ukraine insists the sanctions are taking their toll on Moscow’s war machine and wants Western allies to ramp them up. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Monday urged the United States, Europe and other nations to impose stronger secondary sanctions on Moscow’s energy, trade and banking sectors.
    From the AP.

I think everyone can agree the ship has sailed in Gaza. There isn't any coming back from whats happening there, especially when you have Ben-Gvir (who I believe is personally responsible for Oct 7th and almost everything after) doing everything he can to antagonize everyone except the extreme right, but there is still hope for Ukraine, still a glimmer that donald can manage to get russia to stop killing people and I hope we will know this week.
So this is how liberty dies, with thunderous applause.

I have negative faith in Trump getting anything from Russia as Russia has owned Trump lock, stock, and barrel for the past 10 years easy.

I still worry that Trump will get NATO to purchase arms for Ukraine only for the shipments to “disappear” and show up in Russia to help them. And between Russia owning Trump and even Musk helping them, the fear of the EU picking up the slack is likely a good portion why the US hasn’t just halted aid entirely and let it stick.
