Apparently, Putin is technologically illiterate. I doubt he can even turn a PC on, much less play a game.
You can complain about the effectiveness of sanctions in applying political pressure all you want, but they're gonna happen regardless. It's like complaining about getting stung after fucking a hornet's nest.

Great, so you ignored my question, took the example out of context and started talking about purposefully targeting civilians.
No "mights", take a look what those regional defense units are posting and from where. Maybe start following the war closer a bit.
So... nothing? I can't stand him as well, but I am not claiming something about him. I find it hard to believe that ex-KGB agent would be incapable of at least basic level of knowledge. Maybe you can remember that source?

Good example of media hype and interpretation issues.
More like it's a risk of direct escalation with Russia.
"Demanding change" makes it sound like this is primarily a leadership problem though. Which I don't buy that, I think the main problem is that most Russians don't even agree that Russia should truly become a liberal democracy and an open society. That's the real problem, not Putin.

So you think every instance of targeting civilians the Russians did it for "good" reason? The reason I switched from might it's because they are clearly more aggressive and careless than when this started. The overall situation is also pretty clear they are invading a country under a bogus excuse while jailing thousands of their own people for speaking out so giving them the benefit of the doubt seems rather insane.
Now you are going on about "every" case... Of course they are more agressive, it was predicted after the repeat of Crimea 2014 did not happen, gloves are coming off now. It's a wonder Ukraine still has internet (especially internet), TV and electricity.
And no fucking shit, Russians are not the ones to call off airstrike unlike USA if some civilian is possibly too close, "Warnings were given" and all that. Plus general precision weaponry is less widespread, which doesn't help.
Scroll up, they are quote Nexta post 18h ago, with the old one embedded. Plus once more for the millionth time - so many unanswered questions, starting with logistics of the whole thing.
Now American Express bails on Russia. But THE main story of the day is goddamn TikTok (partially) doing the same!
Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.
Blinken goes on live TV, saying the US is looking at how to give jets to Ukraine directly. The original plan was for Poland to hand over their old, used planes, and for the US to replace them. Not, for example, for Poland to start air strikes.
Who ever talked about POLAND doing airstrikes? That's direct war with Russia, no one is insane.
And Poland has twice said that they won't give their MiG's, including today. The risk of escalation with Russia is real.
Immediately TikTok is probably more important, it cuts off another source of information outside of the state channels.
