If only that really did enough to make it worth using. It doesn't hide their posts, just blocks you from seeing the contents of it and doesn't block anyone responding to it, you still see those clear as day. So you can still check a thread with 10+ pages of posts to have it all either have the content blocked and responses to it where you are still stuck sifting through that. So not really a worthwhile ignore.
But then it hides threads they create so even if they create a crap thread that turns into something worth reading, you won't see it at all, even if they only posted the first post and then ran.
As it stands, the ignore feature on here honestly isn't worth using in its current state IMO. The codemonkey script that combines with it to actually hide comments that you have blocked is needed to even make it half worth using.
