Hello everyone! Here are the notes for this week’s PTR update.

Classes

• Death Knight
  
  • Final Sentence (Kyrian Runecarving Power) now grants 4% damage per stack (was 3%), duration reduced to 15 seconds (was 18 seconds), and now grants the Rune and Damage buff on the initial cast of Shackle the Unworthy (and again each time it spreads).
  • Rampant Transference (Night Fae Runecarving Power) Strength per stack of Death’s Due increased by 3% (was 2%).

        • Developers’ note: We pivoted Brewmaster to a new bonus that has more impact. This new 4pc bonus offers easy-to-access power, but savvy players who maximize the damage dealt by their Keg Smash will be able gain additional benefits from the healing and maximum health bonuses.

        • Developers’ note: Due to overlapping, this wasn’t increasing heal throughput as much as we’d like. Adding some additional love for Essence Font so the bonus is X.

        • Developers’ note: This includes periodic healing and proc’ed healing, so it should stack up pretty quickly from Healing Rain and Riptide ticks as well as any other healing you’re doing. This is intended to push you to really want to cast Chain Heal every now and then, but otherwise not feel like you need to spam Chain Heal to get value out of it. More of an ebb and flow feeling than the previous 2-piece.
      • 4-piece: Reworked – Your Chain Heal critical hits reduce the remaining cooldown of one of your totems by 2 seconds. Your Healing Stream Totem, Healing Tide Totem, Mana Tide Totem, and Spirit Link Totem now also cast Chain Heal when you drop them.
        
        • Developers’ note: Any totem that’s on cooldown is currently a valid choice for the cooldown reduction effect. The Chain Heal is currently cast by you, not by the totem, but the intent is for the visual to end up shooting from the totem.

  • There will now be a number of portals in the encounter area representing the number of waves remaining. These will be removed one by one as waves spawn in.
  • There is now a larger variety of enemies.

  • A new crafting system that allows you to gather reagents and create Zereth Mortis-themed mounts and battle pets.

Hunter Patch 9.2 Tier Set Bonuses

• Focused Trickery Spending 80 Focus grants you 2 charges of Trick Shots. Spending 40 Focus grants you 1 charge of Trick Shots.

Mage Patch 9.2 Tier Set Bonuses

• Arcane Lucidity After consuming 8 Clearcasting your next Touch of the Magi is instant, incurs no cooldown and lasts for 6 sec. Touch of the Magi's duration is increased by 4 sec and grants 25% mana regeneration for 12 sec.
• Frost Storm While Icy Veins is active your spells have a 25% chance to call down a Comet Storm on your target enemy. This effect cannot occur more than once every 30 sec sec. 20 sec sec.

Monk Patch 9.2 Tier Set Bonuses

• Breath of the Cosmos Name changed from " 9.2.0 Class Set - Monk - Brewmaster - 2PC" to "Breath of the Cosmos".
• Keg of the Heavens (New) Keg Smash deals an additional 50% damage, heals you for 66% of damage dealt, and grants 66% of damage dealt as maximum health for 10 sec.
• Grandiose Font Name changed from " 9.2.0 Class Set - Monk - Mistweaver - 2PC" to "Grandiose Font". Essence Font's residual healing effect is increased by 5% and lasts an additional 2 sec.
• Tea of the Grand Upwelling Name changed from " 9.2.0 Class Set - Monk - Mistweaver - 4PC" to "Tea of the Grand Upwelling".

Priest Patch 9.2 Tier Set Bonuses

• Living Shadow Consuming a Dark Thought causes your shadow to animate for 8 sec. Your shadow follows you, dealing [ 138.4% [ 1,038% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage to your target over the duration.

Shaman Patch 9.2 Tier Set Bonuses

• Heal the Soul Chain Heal's critical hit chance is increased by 30% on all targets it hits when cast on a target affected by your Riptide. Your critical healing increases the critical chance of your next Chain Heal by 2%, stacking up to 50 times.
• Heal the Soul Your Chain Heal critical hits reduce the remaining cooldown of Spirit Link Totem by 2 sec. one of your totems by 2 sec. Your Healing Stream Totem, Healing Tide Totem, Mana Tide Totem, and Spirit Link Totem now also cast Chain Heal when you drop them.

Warrior Patch 9.2 Tier Set Bonuses

• Pile On Increases the duration of your Colossus Smash and Warbreaker by 3 sec. Colossus Smash lasts 3 sec longer and increases your damage dealt to affected enemies by an additional 10%.
• Pile On Every 75 Rage consumed increases the effectiveness of your next Colossus Smash or Warbreaker by 2%, up to 10%. Tactician has a 50% increased chance to proc against enemies with Colossus Smash and causes your next Overpower to grant 4% Strength, up to 20% for 15 sec.

Runeforge Legendary Abilities

• Harmonic Echo Damage dealt to enemies affected by Radiant Spark's vulnerability echo to 4 nearby enemies for 30% your current enemy target and 4 nearby enemies for 25% of the damage dealt. Instant.

Death Knight (Forums, Talent Calculator)

• Final Sentence When Shackle the Unworthy spreads is applied to an enemy, instantly gain a Rune and your damage is increased by 3%, stacking up to 15% for 18 sec. Instant. 4%, stacking up to 20% for 15 sec. Instant.
• Rampant Transference The Strength gained from Death's Due is increased by 2% 3% and persists for 2 sec longer. While standing within your Death's Due your Runic Power generation is increased by 20%. Instant.

• Befouled Barrier Anduin summons a Befouled Barrier that inflicts 25 35 Twilight damage to all players and creates a barrier that persists for 25 sec. 75% of healing received by players within the area is redirected to the barrier. Up to 450 healing received reduces the size of the barrier. Upon expiration, the barrier explodes inflicting 50 Twilight damage and tainting all players, absorbing up to 450 healing received based on the size of the Befouled Barrier. 300 yd range. Instant.
• Chains of Oppression Zovaal summons chains, pulling the players and inflicting 15 Shadow damage every 2 sec for 8 sec. 300 yd range. Instant. 6 sec. Zovaal then begins casting Oppression. 300 yd range. Instant.
• Cosmic Ejection The core jettisons stellar material from its orbiting bodies, inflicting 30 Cosmic damage and an additional 2 Cosmic damage every half-second to all players within 5 yards of the nearest player, snaring them by 10% 20% for 5 sec. This effect stacks. Instant.

The MW Set sounds like a joke. 5% .ore healing on essencefont and TFT no longer interrupt Soothing mist... Lol. This would be great for pvp but pretty useless and boring for pve.

And the brewmaster Legendary makes the strongest leggy( kegsmash has 2 charges) even more usefull.
