Target modifier macro/addon

Hey, I'm wondering if it's possible to set up a macro (or if there is an addon with such feature) to set up modifier buttons for more targeting options than what's possible with default settings (which is self and focus modifiers and only allowing ctrl/shift/alt).

Essentially what I'd like to do is to hold my extra mouse buttons, let's say extra mouse button 1 (e1) and then while I hold that button all my spells go into target of my target (without targeting it). Then same for e2 to go for last target, e3 for party memeber 1, e4 for party memeber 2 and so on.

Any ideas if that's possible (through any means) at all?

It is not possible to add modifiers. Only alt, ctrl, and shift are available.

However, the software that comes with your mouse may be able to assign a modifier to a side button. For example, I have a Logitech mouse with two side buttons. I assigned shift to the back one and F24 to the front one. I hold the back one to cast anything that needs shift and I assigned Discord talk to F24.
