    Sepulcher of the First Ones PTR Raid Testing Schedule

    As always, this testing schedule is very fluid and subject to the realities of a test environment. We might have to change the time of a testing session, change the bosses being tested, or cancel a test entirely, due to bugs, server hardware issues, etc. Keep an eye on this forum for the latest information, and thank you in advance for testing and providing feedback.

    Q: How do I get into the raid zone?
    A: In Oribos, Dalaran, Orgrimmar, or Stormwind, you may speak to Nexus-Lord Donjon Rade IV in order to teleport into the raid zone while it is open for testing. (The option to teleport into a zone will not be available when the zone is not open for testing.)

    Q: What character should I use to test the raid?
    A: Whichever you prefer. We will be scaling players’ effective level to 60 for raid testing, and their item level to an appropriate threshold for the encounter(s) being tested.

    Q: How long does testing last?
    A: The primary purpose of testing is to give us the information we need to balance the encounters, evaluate how mechanics are playing out in practice, and identify bugs. Once we’re satisfied that we’ve received that information for a given boss, we’ll be shutting down testing. Usually this takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, but there are no guarantees.

    We appreciate you taking the time to test our content and look forward to reading your feedback.

    Wow... we ARE getting closer and closer

    I just hope that finale cinematic won't be such disappointment as N'zoth was..... But then again..... urgh...

    Everyone seems to think N'zoth is the benchmark for disappointing endings, but, bruh... Sargeras.

    He literally shows up in the xpac named after his forces in a single cinematic. No boss fight. No other in-game appearance.

    Without foreshadowing.

    For some reason.

    To do something.

    Then is deus ex machina'd into a chair. Again, limited foreshadowing.

    Then his world-killign sword is used as a flimsy plot-device for one of the most reviled features in WoW history.

    All sacrificed on the altar of getting him out of the way so that the Janitor can fill in.

    Lore is truly dead.

    I actually say the same for the Legion.

    BUT AT LEAST it lasted for like 2+ mins... we had SOMETHING to see. While N'zoth lasted like... 10-14 secs?

    Legion is true downfall of WOW lore. Like.... bad even for Blizzard standards.

    And then handful of Broken Draenei surviving on Argus for like... 20.000 (?!) years? While Legion (and KJ especially) hunts draenei down across the universe. lul.

    Let's review final bosses, shall we?

    Classic: Kel'thuzad -> didn't actually die
    TBC: Kil'jaeden -> didn't actually die, some random lady in a bubble did most of the real work
    WotLK: Arthas -> Tirion had to pull it out with a "The Light" move because we literally DIED
    Cataclysm: Deathwing -> Kame...hame...HAAAAAA!
    MoP: Garrosh -> we actually kinda did that one mostly by ourselves, guess MoP really was the best expansion
    WoD: Archimonde -> okay we did kinda do that, but then again the real villain was Gul'dan and he made it all the way to the next xpac
    Legion: Sargeras -> yeah whatever that was, he was not prepared or something idk
    BFA: N'zoth -> Kame...hame... Wait, really, AGAIN?

    WoW does not have a great track record when it comes to us actually doing shit that matter, huh.

    While I totally agree about the lack of foreshadowing (Why wasn't it mentioned during the raid that we should have noticed the dust cloud around Azeroth?) at least his appearance, the stab and being drawn back was suitably epic, giving a great feel of the utter scale of the Ttian.

    If Sargeras showed up and was an in person threat it would have destroyed the lore you're so concerned with. The entire point of him as a villain is once he shows up it's game over. He cleaves planets in half. There is no fighting him. That's why we always fight his underlings.
