leak - World of Warcraft 10.0: Rebirth

    World of Warcraft 10.0: Rebirth

You've traveled from a distant reach for a greater prize: Azeroth itself. Now, unbeknownst to you, the true depravity of the Horde and Alliance has begun to reveal itself. Largely unnoticed, old faces from other worlds have been forgetting their friends and their enemies, and the struggle for power is escalating.
In the new continent, a new chapter begins. The Slumbering Temple, a fearsome monument that symbolizes order in the troubled Overcast Sea, has been destroyed. Far below ground, Wrathion is reassembling the shattered shards of the earth’s primal power to build the beginnings of an army and rescue Wyrmkeep, the capital of the Three Realms.

Amid it all, the heroes of the Horde and the Alliance—and their allies—must brave the shattered frontier of Azeroth to stand in the shadow of an ominous new tyrant. As Llaserics, Dread Corsair, and his Forgotten Army, attempt to sate the demands of a brooding power intent on subjugating the Three Realms, only a few may be able to stand against the vast convergence of unspeakable evil.
Defending against this, the mortal races of Azeroth have discovered beneath their own lands a sinister menace that has existed there all along. It lurks in the darkest shadows, spying on the secrets of their people.
Several powers are invading Azeroth, hailing from far-flung reaches of existence. Across Azeroth, the frayed fabric of the world begins to unravel. As old conflicts spread across the continent, an enemy is stalking down from the forbidden realms.

World of Warcraft®: Rebirth™, the ninth expansion for Blizzard Entertainment’s acclaimed massively multiplayer online role-playing game, sends players to a remote corner of Azeroth where new threats threaten to tear the fabric of the universe asunder. When Azeroth’s most powerful allies unwillingly unite and forge bonds to find a mysterious relic, the planet’s heroes must set out on a perilous quest for what could be the key to the restoration of Azeroth’s balance.Players must travel to the unknown beyond the borders of the Shattered Keeps’s sprawling catacombs and battle ancient evils in unexplored landscapes and puzzling dungeons. They must battle a cabal of powerful mages, confront a foul magical army, and investigate an ancient temple plagued by nightmares.

You mention new race and class, but not what they are.

Also, the name of the new continent.

The wording feels just wrong for a new add-on's announcement. Don't try as hard next time.

Also you haven't even mention the names of a new class, race and continent. That's kinda the first thing to be announced. You know, the most important one.

no - more- new - continents...

you want to add to azeroth? change it. adding a new land mass every expansion is so played out, nonsensical and boring its a sad joke.
the only thing they could add that would still make sense is either the underground empire of the Ahn Qir or the floating dragon isles.
yet another random island covered in fog or a long lost random island of humans and trolls is again, played out and boring.

What would you prefer to see? I imagine when you say, "you want to add to azeroth? change it," you are either referring to: A). World Revamp or B). Adding zones to current continents on Azeroth, correct? Furthermore, if you want a revamp, then why? Personally, I think that a world revamp would be VERY boring. We got that in Cataclysm...pass. I do NOT want to revisit zones I've already been to in Vanilla, Cataclysm, and yes, Classic WoW (if any retail players returned for it).

I would prefer new continents on Azeroth to explore.

There's a Dread Fleet (Legion) and a Dread Crew (Pirate's Day). Unsure if both are related.

I call BS on this, but it's a reminder that Timecap'n Hooktail exists in SL, and has no further explanation other than showing the Infinite dragons and pirate threats (hello, Plunder Isle?) still exist.

The story bit alone feels more like a dungeons and dragons game master drunk on writing confusing lore than an actual *real* expansion promo (you know, where they use simple words to convince the simple folk to finally come try their game).

The "... and even more" also giving it away so hard. Blizzard doesn't want to tell people they could experience things in the future, they want to tell people you can experience ALL THIS RIGHT NOW, PAY UP!

Rest of it sounds as if we're talking about New World for some reason.

The weakest and half arsed of all the 'leaks' guess that means it's the most likely.

    2/10.

World of Warcraft®: Rebirth™ wouldn't be in the leak.
