Stick with Prot Warrior or try something else?

Hey all, been gone a few years, I'm looking to pick back up with either my Prot War, BDK or VDH. I'm leaning mostly prot war atm, but as I am downloading the game, the BDK and VDH keep popping in my head. Time wise, I really only have 2-5 hours a week play time so I can and want to only dedicate time to one class.

For all the Prot Warriors out there, are you happy with your class atm in Raids and M+? Or would you rather be a BDK or VDH and why?

You have 2-5 hours per week. At that level play what you want, their performance are close enough that it won't matter which one is "the best".

Got to agree with Ealyssa, if you've not got much time to play than just play whatever you enjoy the most. If you're a prot warrior "at heart" then just play that.

Thats the problem, I want to play all three lol. I was just trying to narrow it down and get a glimpse of how others are enjoying the class, hoping that would help me get off the fence.

From what you listed, I would go with BDK. I still like my warrior, but having all tanks in this expansion, I would say that port paladin and BDK are my favourites.

My issue with this logic is that by playing a stigmatized class; you will be stuck in queue's for far longer, meaning the little time you have available is squandered.
I will admit this is likely less of an issue for a tank, but it will become more noticeable as one eventually progresses to higher tiered content. Does this mean im saying not to play warrior? No. But I think it would be helpful to realize this before making a long term commitment.

I never enjoyed prot tanking all that much. I mainly tank on my druid right now, still to level my BDK and prot paladin, I enjoyed all 3 more than prot warrior, but its personal preference. Up until a point it won't matter, play what you like. It will only be high keys when people start to tank discriminate.

Haven't played SL since basically the beginning, after this far in, are tanks still pretty far apart from one another? You would think after this many months they would be able to tune the specs, no?
