New race: Dragonkin

• Unique starting zone - floating island among the other Dragon Isles. Will later become max level zone.

• Isn't like an Allied race. Starts at level 1 and finishes the zone around level 15 when they can choose to become part of the Alliance or the Horde.
• They need to fight and learn from the other mortal races in order to help with restoring Azeroth.

• Can transform into any player race (chosen during the Character Creation) and has an unique magical transform animation. However, their combat form will always be the Dragonkin (works the same way as Worgen with their Human form).

• The races will receive unique dragon-like customization such as some copied DH horns and new ones with some accessories on them. Special glowing eye colors. Tattoos and luminous hands like Nightborne, scales on skin.

• All classes except DH.

• 15 skin/scale colors - 3 variations (for each) of Red, Bronze, Blue, Green and Black.

• You can unlock special chromatic skin colors during some questline on the Dragon Isles later - 3 colors (pink, purple, magenta).

• Racial selection similar to Zandalari Trolls (shrines/temples).

• Racial mount is a transform into a drake (updated Vanilla models & without saddle) that can carry a party member on their back.

New class: Dragonsworn

• Mail

• Blessed by the combined power of Dragonflight leaders. Made specifically to restore and protect Azeroth.

• Available for each race, same customizations that Dragonkin humanoid races get.

• 4 specs

- Tank (Black Dragonflight themed)
- Melee DPS (Blue Dragonflight themed)
- Ranged DPS (Bronze Dragonflight themed)
- Healer (Green/Red Dragonflight themed)

• Available from level 1 and has a short introduction starting zone at the temple on Dragon Isles. Leaves the zone at lvl 5.

New continent: Dragon Isles

• Floating islands located above Lordaeron. Each zone is connected to each of the 5 Dragonflights.

• There are a few smaller islands that are max level zones (such as Dragonkin starting zone that was attacked by Twilight Dragonflight).

• Main characters are (updated models) Alexstrazsa, Kalecgos, Chromie, Wrathion & Merithra.

• Khadgar is back and will be a minor character next to Jaina in Kalecgos' storyline.

• Main threats are Infinite and Twilight/Void Dragonflights.

• Ysera won't leave Shadowlands, but will have huge influence in Green Dragonflight storyline & her daughter. Including the Emerald Dream.
• She is also the one who plays a part in revealing the Dragon Isles to us mortals.
• No borrowed power, but you can choose a buff blessing from each Dragonflight that gives you perks in stats.
• 8 dungeons at launch.
• Dire Maul long dungeon revamped in HD planned for 10.1 (similar to Karazhan). Classic versions will still be available during Chromie Time Cataclysm/Vanilla.
• 2 Raids at 10.0. (First one has 6 bosses while the second one has 9)

• No full world revamp yet. Racial Capitals made/updated for each race - such as Orgrimmar underground being added to actual Orgrimmar map. Special Worgen, High/Void Elf buildings built in some unused parts of Stormwind City (forest behind Mage District). They want to update some zones slowly, but are still thinking about it.

• No new general customizations (except Dragon themed ones) as they want to wrap that up with 9.2.5 with customizations for Kul Tirans, Void Elves, Mechagnomes, DI Dwarves, M Orcs, Vulpera and Zandalari Trolls.
• New hairstyles and other stuff for Worgen (tails included), they brought back the Cataclysm Alpha hairstyles, Pandaren sandal colors & jewelry.

• Heritage armor planned to be finished for 10.0 or 10.1. Some existing ones updated (more tints, robes versions). Heritage Weapons added trough vendors.

• Glyphs system is changed. Works similar to Transmog/Mount/Pet/Toys tab.

• You can choose to customize your spells. Not every class/race will receive that at first, but they plan to make them trough the expansion.
• Notable cosmetic options include Dark Ranger dark visuals for Undead/NightElf/BloodElf Hunters, Fire light themed spells for Dragonkin & DI Dwarf Paladins,
• Moon Night Elf Priests & Paladins, new Moonkin forms, new Astral (Balance Druid) visuals such as Sun themed, previous version of Moon themed. Void Paladin visuals for Void Elves, Arcane spells for Nightborne Druids, etc. Glyph for Worgen Warriors, Hunters (melee) and Rogues to fight with their claws instead with their weapon.

• Transmogrification changes - You can transmog any weapon that your class can weild. Such as equipped Dagger and Off-hand, but you can transmog into Staff.

• World Event updates - dungeon added for Winter's veil. The boss drops the updated Reindeer mount.
• New Broom for Hallow's End will be added as a mount (won't be instant cast) and will be acquired trough a special achievement.
• Pink & White Rabbit mounts for Noblegarden. The same mount-rig is used for Lunar New Year 2023 (year of the Rabbit).
• Midsummer mount is the Flame Elemental that uses the same rig as Jaina's water elemental mount.
• Some of the NPC only items (from classic to modern day) will be available at some vendors and some will be added trough Trial of Style event.
