How can i compress a signature to fit in with the 1,000 characters, or 6 lines, rule without cutting short on the written material?

Write a precis. Be terse.
Meanwhile, back on Azeroth, the overwhelming majority of the orcs languished in internment camps. One Orc had a dream. A dream to reunite the disparate souls trapped under the lock and key of the Alliance. So he raided the internment camps, freeing those orcs that he could, and reached out to a downtrodden tribe of trolls to aid him in rebuilding a Horde where orcs could live free of the humans who defeated them so long ago. That orc's name was... Rend.

Yes, but it's kind of a quote. Don't want to change it too much or deduct from it.

Sorry but I can't think of a way to compress that without significantly impacting its essence.

Make it an image, downscale it a bit to keep it under 500x100 - should remain intact and mostly legible.
