Gnomes and Goblins start with Mechapets, while every other race would have to learn it. I get that they could go the Racial route but at some point it still gets homogenized.
That is still quite a strong possibility.Granted this is all conjecture on what makes the most sense, if these things are even coming how we imagine. They might just do a class skin which would mean it's a veneer.
I think OP just got the name right, the rest of the leak seems improbable.
The zone revamps are quite coincidental too then, if that's the case.

I can buy this, it's pretty much the same shit like for Shadowlands, bunch of 'accidentally' leaked things.

More than likely guessed Dragon Isles as a new zone too which is pretty much confirmed considering the name of the expansion.

What about the leak that was covered by Bellular a month ago? It didn't name a specific title but obviously also predicted the Dragon Isle theme and the way it went into details of the map and content makes it more credible than the one in the OP imo.

I think the idea where we could adopt FFXIV's class swapping system for these microclasses could be what they end up doing. Have some NPC in the capital city swap your entire skillset. It could work for class skins as well.
It solves the issue that people would need to level from level 1 again, introduces a way for the system to introduce more microclasses during the expansion (sort of like allied races), and does not favor certain classes (such as the other proposed 4th spec ideas). Hell, tie it in with some lore questlines and it could be a great feature.

It's an even worse idea you can't swap classes, which means if you play a Minstrel, you're locked in as a healer permanently until you swap to an alt... At least Demon Hunters had two options between tank and dps.
The only content I can imagine where the Micro-class is in PVP... but that probably won't work too well either.
