They randomly pick a fake leak that's rarely being considered/talked about, they take that name and register it on their site, and they also create some throwaway 'promotional art' with a fake logo on reddit to throw everyone off the scent.

Think it's possible they're conning us with this one? Like they intentionally might know someone would try and datamine the website so they purposely throw a red herring our way?

Yeah, OP just coincidentally figured out the name, that Quel'thalas was going to be merged into one zone, Lordaeron would become important, Dalaran would get an update, and Dark Rangers.

To be honest... It's very possible.

Was watching some videos of youtubers going back over old leaks. Some old Shadowlands leaks got a bunch of things right, but still overall get a bunch of things wrong. Like they would get Shadowlands correct, Bolvar being in the cinematic, there being 4 major zone divisions, there being a major big bad with connections to Arthas right, but then say stuff like new Tinker class or Sylvanas dies.

Coincidences are far more common when people are brute forcing so many different leaks.

Undermine. City-zone beneath Kezan. Criminals and Uncrowned story. Fully underground.

I refuse to believe anyone who has actually played WoW thinks Deepholm is on Azeroth, let alone be confused as to why new zones would be visited at level cap.

Since the pillars in deepholm was keeping the Maelstrom up its inside Azeroth, its not a physical place but still placed inside Azeroth and underground.
