We have a new theory that makes a lot of sense when it comes to the Jailer health "changes", as we got word from a mysterious stranger on discord that could explain everything. It seems the Jailer's healing the whole time was 20% lower due to Warlock's Felguards having a minor MS effect - Legion Strike. So we never really saw the Jailer fully healing, and the recent changes were the difference between the 20% we always saw and the full 50% of an Arms Warrior's Mortal Strike.

And so the 24.4% was WITH the 20% Warlock debuff. while the current 19% is with the Arms MS one.

If right, seems all healing debuffs should be working on this boss, doubt they would overlook something like this if it was not intended.

Ah yes, blizzard would of been on the ball to already step in and do something about it at 1 pm on a saturday. Meanwhile they are barely on the ball to hot fix stuff even during a weekday.

You mean like when they whispered max to not root the add and they still did it anyways and blizzard didn't do shit and ended up not changing fight? Yawn.

Stop acting like blizzard is ever cohesive or on the ball with stuff like this. Thinking it's intended for a 25% phase to have 6% shaved off by bringing a warrior is some top tier copium friend. It's clearly not intended, and it's also likely blizzard doesn't do jack about it this reset. Both are true.

Even if it was not intended I doubt they would hotfix anything at this point, as it stands now it would actually look better for Blizzard if it was intended and if not just say it was an unintended good thing because this is not like skipping a groundbreaking mechanic it is just reducing the heal of the boss by 5% which makes me think by doing the math if it is actually because of an healing debuff (the math doesn't quite match) or Blizzard just nerfed the heal themselves.

They hotfixed an Echo strat on mythic Sylvanas at like 4am US or something like that just after a couple pulls from Echo.

Dont think they would either. The points you mention as well as the raiders (except Echo, but for how long) are pretty exhausted by now not to mention viewers which the entire WFR rely on surely are.

Race hitting peak numbers in Twitch so I wouldn't be so sure viewers are exhausted. You're not required to watch the whole 16hours/day for three weeks in a row.

Holy crap Max is looking unmotivated. I think they feel they've already lost, and pretty much hope Echo would just finish it already. They've literally been re-progressing for a whole day, wiping at 50 %, while Echo is bruising to P4/close to P4 pretty much every pull now.

Pretty sure they have someone watching the race at all hours, if an hotfix was needed they would do it, sometimes they just delay non-critical hotfixes, other times it just happens they didn't notice an unintended mechanic taking place hence are late with the fix, another times they let it pass and finally it could be times that we think it is not supposed to be happening the way it is but in Blizzard's eyes it actually is.

You can count the debuff types players can put on a raidboss on one hand.
It's not like you can compare it to you or me forgetting our wallet when we leave home.

The ability is working as intended whether or not it should work on this boss is debatable.
They already nerfed the healing before we even got to this phase as per datamining suggested so perhaps they didn't nerf it even further counting on raiders using the healing debuffs that some classes have, it is not to far fetched actually since there are bosses that worked like that before.
