<Kick Rocks> (14/14 Hyjal/BT) [H] Mankrik is a semi-hardcore guild in search of players that are interested in maximizing personal performance and pushing top end content at a high level. All roster spots are competitive and determined by performance/raid composition to ensure each raid is a success. Do yourself a favour and come Kick Rocks!

Raid Times:
Tuesday and Thursday, 9pm to 12:00am (EST). Optional flex day added during progression and PTR.

Raider Expectations:
-Come prepared with your BiS consumables, gems, and enchants for your class, as well as the optimal consumables/gear that the content calls for.
-Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the content, mechanics, and your role within the raid.
-Have appropriate raiding professions fully levelled to maximize performance.
-Show a willingness to improve each week and be receptive to constructive feedback, with the goal of striving towards performance in the 99th percentile.
-Be a team player. What you put into the guild is what you will get out of it.
-Ability and preparation to play an off-spec of your class, if called upon.
-Have a character setup and ready to go on the PTR ahead of new content.
