Do announcers not fucking understand that with under 2 minutes left and the team has THREE timeouts left they do not need to onside kick if they score. Lions don't have to onside if they score some points on this drive.

Yeah one of the few times that totally makes sense to onside it because the defense couldn't stop anything. Almost got the ball back too. But they didn't HAVE to onside it as the announcers and Hanson were implying.

I'm sure the Packers will figure things out in the second half, and that Bailey Zappe will not be able to keep up with Rodgers, but I'll treasure that Rodgers pick 6 at Lambeau and his annoyed expression over it for the rest of my life. This is still a loss, and a loss is bad, but, the job to take on Rodgers and the Packers, at Lambeau, with your 3rd string QB, and then somehow take them to OT is just absurd. One of Belichick's and the coaching staff's finest efforts within a game that I have ever seen.

If Mac is still out next week, just roll with Zappe as the QB1, and see what happens with a full week to prepare, cause the game definitely didn't seem to big for him on short notice.
