So that was a nice sequence of events. 3rd and 10 or so. Pass up the middle. Lamb stretches. Initial ref called it first down. Second ref comes in and overrides. 4th and inches. Dallas rushes to the line for a quick play. It's a pass. It fails.

So what the holy hell was that? First, you don't rush to the line to run a pass play. You rush to the line for a quarterback sneak before the defense is set up to stuff it. Second, YOU'RE not the ones who need to rush. You need to WAIT, so the coaches can see the replay to try and challenge the call. Because looking at the replay, that first ref was right and it was a first down. Instead you got turnover on downs, and it's all your fault. I wanna know who was responsible for that garbage.

Gannon is going to cost the Eagles a game one of these days and I'm not looking forward to it. Softest defensive coordinator I've ever seen and he's been bailed out by stacked DB and DL rooms so far this year. Hope he's gone next season, absolute fraud.

The Eagles' defensive players are truly showing their merit. Loads of sacks, loads of interceptions, solid pass defense. We just saw their run defense isn't quite as strong, and that needs to be shored up before we start talking about 12-0 or 16-0.

You think the players chose to rush to the line on 4th and inches in their own territory against their coaches wishes? no fucking way.Someone higher up was telling them to rush, or it was some weird double play call. W/e it was I’d love to know.

Another one bites the dust. Titans getting a new, Domed, stadium replacing their current outdoor one.

Seems like every team is going for a dome now. =/

Cooper Rush is old news. It is Bailey Zappe's turn.

I think they would need a dome to get a shot at hosting a SB even though it doesn't even get cold in Nashville. Worst part is the Titans are only paying 1/3rd of it and $500 mill is coming from state money they could use for actually useful things instead.

I mean, it doesnt get that cold in Texas either 80% of the time. Didnt stop randomly having an icemageddon during when we hosted the Super Bowl. Thats prob why they're insisting on domes in even warm climates.

At least we'll always have Lambeau.

Anyway, Robbie Anderson traded to the Cardinals after he got kicked out of yesterday's game. For a brief moment I was disappointed the Packers didn't trade for him, then I remembered this guy is probably going to sink whatever mid-grade team he ended up on.

Went from 1 bad team with a HC that got fired to another bad team with a HC that is likely to get fired. I'm sure he will handle that well.

I'm just getting tired of every other year being either AZ or New Orleans it feels like... It being in NY in 13 was nice, though they dodged a bullet because it started snowing a few hours after the game finished.

Bills just agreed to a new stadium just this year which won't be domed.

Chargers avoided the tie with an interesting loophole to the fair catch rule.

Both times were frankly garbage tonight and deserved to tie.
Ex-Mod. Technically retired, they just won't let me quit.

This team is hilariously bad. 160 yards passing and 151 penalty yards with OT is kind of impressive though.

Not really a loophole. One of the first things I was taught on the punt return unit was to not stand right in front of the returner after a fair catch for that reason. I have no idea what PJ Locke was even doing.

    Russ in the 2nd half + OT= 3/11 for 15 yards, 0 TDs.

Seems like a steal at 245 million.

It was a great play by the gunner. Rarely see that happen in the NFL.

Seahawks now currently own the 7th overall draft pick, and it isn't theirs.

Only going to get better too. The beginning of Denver's schedule was the easy part.

NFC East is overrated. Giants have been getting flukey wins, the Eagles are playing one of the softest schedules you could possibly imagine, and the Cowboys are just going to choke down the stretch like they always do anyways. I still wouldn't be surprised if one of these teams made it to the Super Bowl with how utterly awful the NFC is at the moment, but then they should just get curb stomped by whoever comes out of the AFC.

If Dallas went 17-0, breezed through the playoffs, then lost the Super Bowl in overtime on the most obvious bullshit ref call ever, 99.9% of NFL fans would call them a bad team that were overrated. Meanwhile, they beat both of last year's Super Bowl teams, gave the Giants their only loss, and held the only undefeated team left to their lowest yards per play by a long shot. All with a backup quarterback.

Refs will be like "watch this" after reading that.
