I'm convinced the Packers didn't take Watson last night solely because they believe that their WRs somehow play better if taken in the 2nd round.

Feeling for Nakobe Dean and Malik Willis. Touted as first rounders, elite players, and now sliding all the way to the 3rd. Tough days for them.

ESPN at this point seems convinced there was a bad medical for Dean at the Combine.

And then there's the QBs. In hindsight I guess we should have seen this coming when nobody wanted Garroppolo or Mayfield. Every team at this point either has "their guy" or is looking to the 2023 draft.

Teams want the players to get surgery and Dean didn't, so not only does he have a medical issue but he won't blindly heed their medical advice.
