A Celestial Invitation [Pet Battle]

Hi everyone!

I got this quest (A Celestial Invitation.) and been trying to win this fight for some time but it seems rather impossible(?)
I have tried different setups from wowhead and other websites but I just cant win :P

Has anyone recently done this pet battle and can confirm its still doable?

It seems it has alot to do with RNG... I hate you Algalon.
