And it's fucking hilarious that you try to say I don't know what I'm talking about when you make an asinine comment like saying Halo isn't made by Microsoft. Halo's publisher is Xbox Game Studios which is part of Microsoft's gaming division.

So maybe you really should stop because it is clear you are not educated on this topic. Made learn what a season pass is in other games and how games under Microsoft got them when they didn't need them.
Do you also think Pokemon is made by Nintendo?
Just curious now how far your logic goes.

I love how they pulled the classic doomer line. "You don't work for blizzard therefore you don't know".

All while pulling bullshit out of their ass with zero critical thinking and zero logic while working themselves up into some "blizzurd bad" mental clusterfuck. The insecurities are hilarious.
My major confusion that always comes from situations like this is that usually it falls back to comments like "well you're just a white knight/won't say anything bad about blizzard!!!".

Which is always easily proven false but it's like if you dare to toe against all negativity, suddenly you're worse than satan

Considering Nintendo is the publisher? Are you just going to keep asking utterly asinine questions?

Nothing has been proven false. You just think you're right constantly alongside refusing to say anything negative about WoW regardless of the absolute garbage they put out.

So you don't know the publisher isn't the developer, that's the issue here.

Also pretty funny to claim I'm the one thinking I'm right, when YOU'RE the one who made a claim in the first place and have repeatedly failed to prove your point.

The burden of proof is on you lol.

The publisher is who calls the shots. If a publisher says something MUST be added, then the developer has to listen. There's examples of publishers overriding developer decisions in a lot of games.

Yes let me prove that something I said will likely happen in the future is concrete. Hold on let me just jump in my fucking time machine.

Fyi, The Pokemon Company is the publisher of all pokemon video games since like the year 2000 or something. Nintendo is a co-owner of that company and does offer support to the games but they are not the actual publisher.

    1) you didn't say "it could happen". You said "get ready for it". That's quite a bit more concrete of a statement.

    2) examples of it happening doesn't mean it's what always happens

As you continue to be contrary for the sake of it to the point that you are resorting to petty semantics. Ok.

you are 100% wrong. Nintendo has been the publisher for Pokemon since Red and Green in Japan.

    It's both.

    Both are the publishers.

And it's not being contrary for the sake of it, it's called being tired of seeing the most random ideas become listed as "issues", when they don't have any rationality behind them, and then they start to drown out the actual issues with the game.

Like in this case, the actual issue would be this basically confirms we're not seeing the next expansion until 2023. That should be the focus, not the fact that they're trying to pad the lull by polishing expired content, and certainly not the idea that you think they're going to add season passes just because

LMFAO MOST RANDOM IDEAS? Considering season passes are becoming more and more prominent, it's not just a "random idea". There's plenty of rationale behind what I'm saying when you look at gaming in general nowadays. Again, it's clear you're being contrary for the sake of it.

I asked you for a single piece of evidence and you've failed repeatedly to give one.

Seasons have been in WoW since PvP was introduced. You'll have to try harder than just saying "but the word is the same!".

I’m curious as to how this will all play out. On one hand, I’m not interested in having old raids be relevant again as it just adds more and more things to do every patch as an xpac goes on under current design. With current raid sizes, there is not a high chance of completing CN on a Tuesday, SoD on a Thursday, and Sepulcher on a Sunday until towards the end of a season when everything is outgeared.
The other worry is that this has the potential to just release all xpac raids & dungeons at the very beginning of an xpac and that’s all you get the entire life cycle of the xpac, just renewed for seasons. If this happens, it makes me concerned that raid sizes might be reduced significantly, as well as them only having 1-6 boss raids, potentially akin to ToC.
The negatives aside, the positives are that raids could last a whole xpac. I have seen arguements in favor of FF14 where people enjoy being able to run old content because it stays relevant the entire time. Raids might become smaller, which would cut down on complaints about too much trash, or not having to spend an entire night in the same place. Smaller raid sizes could mean they could focus on new mechanics in fights, bringing vehicles and stuff back into game.
So, I will wait to see how it shapes the game before passing judgement, but I do have some reservations about it at this time.

At the end of the day this discussion is pointless. You are the one making the claim and therefore the one with the burden of proof.

Saying "you cant prove i am wrong" is just a logical fallacy on your part in understanding how arguments work.

Your only point seems to be that it has happened elsewhere and you pointed at microsoft doing it, but you havent been able to actually point to a game that microsoft added paid seasons to. As someone else pointed out ESO does not have seasons, so why would wow get it? Thats actually a pretty good argument against your theory.
I'm not an expert on fallacies but if not a slippery slope fallacy there is probably another one who is more closely related to this exact proposition

I am also interested in this question
Will we be able to get AotC achievements in these raids again?

All dungeons should always be scaled to max from all past expansions, tired of them throwing their old content away to only focus on new expansions.
