So with the long quest chain free 265 legendary, for Outlaw get 2 additional charges of spike, for total of 5. If I make a legendary gloves with Deathspike, will it stack so have 7 charges? Legendary are too expensive to make to find out no.

I don't think that you can have 2 pieces of the same legendary? I mean the Unity+the Covenant one. I am not sure though... but I doubt that would be a good idea anyway.

No, you can't stack the covenant legendary.
