The Pandaria one didn't either. The 4chan one sounds good, but that last line - "glittering with every colour of the rainbow" - sounds like a little joke about the staff at Blizzard.

The first half of this sounded semi-believable, but then it got too dialogue heavy and started including overly descriptive details like "Nozdormu stares at the blade in anguish, knowing the gravity of their failure."

This isn't the kind of detail you need to include in a cinematic transcript. It should just be a breakdown of the visuals and dialogue, we don't need a description of how Nozdormu feels on the inside.

No the Pandaria one at least implied that the Horde and Alliance would be taking their bullshit to a new continent to dump said bullshit on an unsuspecting population of people.

The 4chan "cinematic transcript" tells us NOTHING.

This actually sounds really rad, I think it would make for a an awesome cinematic. And Galakrond returning? Yes please!

  5. #25
Yeah of course you somehow saw the cinematic when the name leaked. My god.

Sounds like we'll be dumping our bullshit back on Azeroth. If it's true. Just two more weeks of these fucking 'leaks' and then it's over.

I highly doubt it's true. What gave away that it's nonsense is the idea that Dalaran is going to land again.

    Nobody actually believes these, right?

IF this is real i would be super fine with.

There is waaaay worse stuff Blizz could do. And they proofed it already.

Realist POV: They're both probably fake.

Optimistic POV: They're actually both legit, and its possible the 4chan one is the gameplay leak while this is the cinematic leak.

  11. #31
The 4chan one is nice except the floating continent part.

  12. #32
This isn't a cinematic leak, this is just some words that some nerd typed out. If you're gonna leak a cinematic then leak the fookin cinematic.

I mean, did you/they watch the cinematic more times than once and write all this down while watching, or is it some "Brilliant mind" memory exorcise that grants perfect reflective memory of entire dialogues and scene structuring with one watch? Because this is what I find so weird about these "leaks" and stuff, is how detailed people can describe, perfectly mind you, every single detail and dialogue by memory (seemingly).

I mean, I review movies for a job, and what we do is watch the movie twice (or sometimes thrice), first time we take note of major events. Characters, music & score, theme's, acting, dialogue etc. And the next watch, full focus on smaller details and events.
Then we analyze the movie and try to form a cohesive and understandable outline of the entire thing. But the one thing that stands out, is how every single time, there's certain details and events happening in the movie that gets lost, and thereby we have to re-watch to get that one detail, or that one sequence correct. Like "Wait, what was that dialogue again? It was really good, but I need to get it right."

So I'm just curios, do these leakers just have access to watching the entire thing more than once? Because according to the picture posted here from 4Chan, the poster states he had the chance to see the trailer once, and it lasts for 3:37 minutes, and he's writing that he's going by memory.. Which makes me question it, because it is very detailed. Anyone who has worked on movies, shorts or anything related to editing or reviewing, know that 2 minutes is a lot of time, even though it sounds like it isn't. Let alone very precisely 3:37 minutes. I just find myself going "Hmm..." to any leaks being so detailed and encompassing for a single watch. Might just be me in late 30's getting older, but I vividly recall being hyped over the Wotlk cinematic back in the day, and re-watching it a couple of times just to get in all the details correctly, before hopping on Skype to talk about it to my guild mates.

Not sure why you posted the script instead of the actual clip (not rickroll, I promise).

So, cats out of the bag now i guess.

Cinematic starts with the camera flying through clouds at night as Nozdormu voice-over monologues. Music is mysterious with choir singing.

“For all of living memory… the Void has corrupted our world.”

The camera opens onto a large group of floating landmasses and islands under a starry sky. The dragon isles. The camera flies to a small floating building that looks just like the temple of storms with no roof. Flashes of color are seen coming from inside.

“And the monsters of their design unendingly escaped annihilation.”

From above we see Wrathion, Alexstrasza, Kalecgos, and Nozdormu channeling their power at the Blade of the Black Empire which is floating in the center of the room. The eye is now red and orange like N’Zoth’s. A remnant of N’Zoth survived in the blade. Camera cuts to a close up of the dagger.

“Subdued… Imprisoned… The destruction of N’Zoth, finally within our grasp”

They channel more power at the blade. The blade’s eye winces in pain and makes a horrible sound like screams combined with shattering glass.

“Just a bit more!” Wrathion yells above the noise.

    The music turns more ominous.

Close up of the Blade. We see it begin to crack. The multicolored energy swirls around it in a howl. The blade breaks and explodes, tendrils of shadow fly out of the core. Just as it splinters time freezes for everyone but Nozdormu. The just-exploded dagger floats in mid-air, the shadowy tentacles frozen. Nozdormu realizes that time has stopped. We hear a disembodied voice.

“Oh to witness, as i have many times, the moment of our awakening…”

Murozond appears. Not dragon form, looks exactly like Nozdormu mortal form but his eyes, skin, and armor look infinite infused.

    “Murozond….” Says Nozdormu.

    “He is free…” Murozond interrupts.

Nozdormu stares at the blade in anguish, knowing the gravity of their failure.

Murozond walks around the blade, looking at it as he speaks.

“Such arrogance of ours, to think this was the way.”

    “Leave this place!” Says Nozdormu.

“You have doomed us all… Their armies will run rampant. Their corruption will devour this world…but there is another way”

“What do you want from me…” says Nozdormu, defeated

Snow begins to quickly materialize out of thin air and swirl around Nozdormu and Murozond until they are are swallowed in a blizzard.

“Countless lifetimes ive sought an end to this darkness, but the titan’s plan was laid before us all along.”

Just as quickly, the snow reduces to a steady calm pace.

The camera flys over their shoulders and tilts down to reveal they are standing above Galakrond’s Rest. The bones of Galakrond are enormous.

“We must bring him back, it is the only way” says Murozond.

“Are you mad? He would kill us all!” Shouts Nozdormu.

“He will kill…” Murozond Interrupts “…Them! It was his created purpose, a being capable of consuming this darkness! You know it to be true.”

Nozdormu stares at the bones in disbelief of the position he is in, defeated.

    Murond looks at him frustrated.

“What use is this power if we cannot correct the mistakes of the past! It was his destiny... This is our destiny!”

Nozdormu looks at Murozond sullenly. Murozond stares back. Nozdormu turns towards Galakrond’s bones and channels a beam of bronze magic into the air above.

Murozond’s face lightens up, determined as he does the same. The two begin to open a portal above Galakrond’s rest that continues to grow in size. The portal warps and swirls between bronze energy and infinite energy, eventually reaching the size of Galakrond’s Fall.

With a climactic booming roar, Galakrond flies out of the portal which then instantly shatters. Nozdormu looks at his hands in horror as his body begins to warp with infinite magic.

Murozond teleports, vanishing into infinite particles. Nozdormu falls to his knees as he continues to change. Galakrond flies over his head.

Galakrond looks like other proto dragons but is enormous, very stocky and is covered in spikes. He has scary looking black eyes with a pale white iris.

The camera follows Galakrond as he flies up and lands on top of a snowy mountain and lets out a bellowing roar. He then flies at the camera. Cut to Dragonflight logo.
I cant remember what I had for breakfast and you managed to memorize what happened in the cinematic and are able to type it all up word for word, congrats o.p.

No, but some of these leaks are creative and fun to read. People seem to consider them offensive, I don't.

Both of these are about as believable as every other leak, i.e. not at all.
