Research on Final Fantasy XIV players' well-being

Hi, everybody! I'm a master's student in sociology and interested in game studies. My research focuses on the relationship between playing online video games and emotional well-being.
I decided to concentrate on studying the Final Fantasy XIV players.

If anybody has a few minutes to fill out this questionnaire, I would greatly appreciate it!
It is a fully anonymous questionnaire and the info gathered is only being used for my research project.

You´re right Lana, sorry, I would add all the gender options I could, but I didn´t make that test, I just pointed out the issue and suggested they include the other option so people could who don't conform to the binary can complete the test without choosing the option "prefer not to say". It´s up to them to add more options according to the test data they need...
