So this means no endgame zone like surammar, right? They would've clearly announced something like that as it sells good.

    Yeah, this sounds pretty generic.

Unless they do some shit with the starter zone for max level characters. Which I hope they do.

Well you didn't correct him saying ass which is a kind of horse donkey hybrid, rather than the word arse which is the actual word most of the USA can't seem to spell. Unless of course they all mean donkey hole when they say asshole instead of arsehole. /shrug

Kinda sad they are trying to normalize only having 4 zones.

Would be nice to go back to 6-7 zones, makes the world bigger and more immersive, more diverse quests, dungeon locations, etc.

Cataclysm is an incredibly underrated expansion in that sense.

I would love to see a few more 'deepholms' but with different elemental themes. Like a Deepholme that looks like a really lush and epic version of Maraudon.

Or hell, Blizzard should just redo Maraudon, make it a zone and an instance again. Make it deeper, larger, a complete elemental utopia.

They can't afford it anymore, there is no way they have the same budget as in wotlk-mop era distributed to WoW development.

Well, when you have an apostrophe in there, it means it's a contraction, so...

Just a reminder that MoP originally only had 4 leveling zones.

4 leveling zones has been a standard longer than it hasn't.

I'd rather have four zones that look like Stormheim then what Outland had going on

MOP had 6 levelling zones. You certainly didn't have to do them all, but they were there.

    The starting zone. (Jade Forest)
Chen Stormstout's zone (Valley of the Four Winds)
    Jungles. (Krasarang Wilds)
    Plains. (Kun-Lai Summit)
The one with the all out war (Townlong Steppes)
    The bug zone (Dread Wastes)

Only the center zone (Vale of Eternal Blossoms) wasn't a levelling area.

I for one look forward to more natural, realistic zones.

I'm fed up with zones that are too unrealistic.

No. Originally it was intended to only be 4 zones + the vale. Likely this was for thematic reasons of the Chinese elements and corresponding geographic directions.

They later split Valley and Townlong in development due to people whining that there were only 4 leveling zones.
