VIsage form is juts magic and not their true form. They chooses their shapeshift form freely. Like Chromie did.

But everything HAS to be the evil leftists.... good god...
Agreed. It's almost as if people don't know dragon lore in WoW.....

This is a pic of Alexstraza in dragon form from years ago (before Cataclysm). See any dragon boobs anywhere?

Because they do have them in WoW. Male dragons have beards and rougher looking heads. Other dragonkin like female Dragonspawn have literally boobs.

Not that I personally care, so long as I can get my bulkier body options regardless of gender…

    But…
    https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Dragon

They have enough sexual dimorphism that it's possible to determine if they're male or female based on their appearance. Specifically, males have larger crests.

yup, but apparently wanting the option to let the females have boobs is the end of the world. but drakthyr in general feels way too restricted, especielly with armor which is a shame.

isnt drakthyr bipedal humanoids thought, not "proper" dragons?

No, they’re proper dragons. Which is why they have so many of their characteristics. They just look the way they do because of technical limitations.

Soythyr are absolute travesty. They look like someone's d&d oc winged lizard from furry adventures through ponylandia campaign.

They aren't proper dragons. They are hybrids of dragons and mortals, probably humans and nelves.

Please, there a perfect example of hypocritical thinking:

I would be more than happy with them if they looked like that.

Options for broad shoulders and actual draconic looking faces as seen in that art would make the race near perfect in my mind.

Yeah. They’re draconic humanoids / humanoid dragonkin not proper dragons.

They’re probably a form of Drakonid in some way (mortals infused with dragon essences/magic), but we won’t know that until Alpha/Beta. (Or launch if they encrypt the quest text)

I think the interviews so far implied they were never mortal, but never dragon either, they're basically "created life" like a homunculus made by fusing dragon and mortal essences together. Time will tell if they're still homunculus-like or if they became a true natural species beyond that though (able to procreate and sustainably live without further outside help).

I would need to go digging through a ton of the various interviews to properly source that, but that's what I read into from a few of them.

That’s correct; The Essence of Dragons and the Adaptability of Mortals. Essentially an artificial dragon created through magic, not an offspring of a mortal and a dragon, or taking a mortal prisoner and merging them with a dragon.

They seem quite similar to Chromatic drakes, even down to their ability to use the power of all the flights.

Considering that they have the characteristics, abilities, and powers of a WoW dragon, I don’t see how one could say they aren’t dragons.

They also have body structures befitting bipedal creatures like the mortals they are part of.

Dragons can also be bipedal, as shown by that Blizzard artwork.

Still spewing the same old shit months later LOL

Get over it...I'm sure there are plenty of roided up male dragons you can get your rocks off to on rule 34

I'll say it again, Dracthyr don't need fixing, they're fine as they are.

The same artwork shows early concept art Dragonsworn who aren't dragons.

Months later and I see the same projections. Some things don't change do they.

    Majority thinks this.

Forums are, once more, composed of a loud minority who do have a point - they have specific preferences (as in, bigger, "bara"-like Dracthyr) but are pretending that everyone wants that.

    They absolutely need a fix.
In the terms of more options. From what we’ve been seen they look nothing like actual dragons or the old vanilla art they were based on.

Everything we’ve seen so far makes them all look like winged geckos, not dragons.
But they did say that there were two body type options we’ve yet to see, so we’ll see if the three bodies are varied enough and not just a slight change.

Plus, it’s not a minority that wants the change.
Barely a fraction of voters in this poll for example, seem to think the don’t need a change.
