I started installing The Burning Crusade this morning at 11:00. The time is now 9:30 pm and it is still installing. Is this normal?

Check the download settings on your battlenet app and make sure you havent limited the download speed. Otherwise its probably your internet.

There has been a bug for quite some time, that doesn't allow your Battlenet to either update or install games. You just get "initializing" and then it restart, and restart, and restart, for eternity, nothing happens.
Could be that, quite hard to fix also, maybe google if this issue seem familiar.
