Nope. I’m merely saying that not showing transmog during combat hasn’t stopped Druids from being one of the most popular classes.

The visage form is your non-combat form where you get to show off your armor and weapons. The Dracthyr form is your combative form. It’s especially similar to how Feral and Guardian Druids play.

Which is irrelevant. It's still an issue, regardless. Popularity does not trivialize that.

Again, clearly not an issue large enough to get people to stop rolling or playing their Druid.

Sure, Warcraft logs shows more Resto druids then every other spec combined on Normal, And more Balance then Feral and Guardian combines, a percentage of which will be using the glyph to see their human form.

Heroic, more Balance then Feral + Guardian combined, More Resto then Balance

Mythic, Feral and Guardian may aswell not exist, actually more Balance then Resto. Still 5x more Resto then Feral and Guardian combined.

I feel fairly confident saying that a majority of Druids can see their transmog in combat, and the notion that people are fine with no transmog because druids are popular is complete bullshit and based on absolutely nothing.

If you any data to back up your baseless assertions, feel free to share them with the thread.
It ignores such insignificant forces as time, entropy, and death

No, I was being absolutely literal. And to be honest, I'm quite happy with what I've seen from dragonflight so far. But acting like blizzard releasing a new race/class is a gift from god no matter the actual quality behind it is just stupid.

Don’t only about 10% of active WoW players participate in raids?

Next comes the strawman, he's on a roll, folks.
The most difficult thing to do is accept that there is nothing wrong with things you don't like and accept that people can like things you don't.

Thanks Blizz"? Yes, it would be. Instead you have pages after pages of complaining about the new thing you were given that Blizz was under no obligation to give you is not good enough.
What you said here implies that we should praise blizzard for releasing a new class/race without any thought to the quality. Are you saying it doesn't? Do you even know what a strawman is?

So what you are saying is that because you cant see druids armor, you dont need to worry about dracthyr? I think you are purposefully testing peoples patients because tinker's werent added.

Let's talk about druids for a second... players want to see the armor, enough for blizzard to incorporate a model with armor for the 3 specs. But it was shit cause you couldnt use the armor you were wearing. (Incarnations).

And they will not add armor to the models, because its slapping armor onto a bear and cat model. Basically to much work for them to customize 3 models (with many different customizations) to be able to wear every single leather piece.

What about a lore reason? Well it is basically wildshape from dnd, and in dnd the armor doesnt show.... unless you want it too. But the limitations of vanilla caused blizzard to say nope to that part. So you are a druid that shapeshift into a magical form of a bear cat, or whatever.

Now let's take a look at dracthyr... oh wait their main form is the dragon model and their visage form is the magical form. Ahhh sooo the human/elf form needs to be the naked one, since they shapeshift into that form. That must be why you are spouting this bullshit of druids, when dracthyr are closer to fucking worgen. You want the humanoid form naked

Jokes aside, dracthyr only have one model, between male and female. They wear mail. They have arms, legs, and torso, all very humanoid and stuff they have worked with. You can say the same with head, but helms always looked wonky on tauren and worgen. So it doesnt make sense since they have less to work with since its literally 1 model.

The issue actually comes in the art area. The issue is their length. They will have to stretch certain pieces inorder to fit on the body, and that will make it look aweful.... of they are really that much taller than tauren. But if they are similar in size as tauren...just slightly taller, then it shouldn't be a problem.

So it comes down to laziness and possible art looking awful. To me, it purely laziness or trying to get the game out as fast as they can so they dont want to have to rig cloth, leather, and mail to it, since it's going to be one class at launch. (Gotta remember that you can wear all those other armor types as a warrior, you just dont.)

    Give armor.

Why would we need to worry about the Dracthyr? The people who have issue with armor will simply not play the class. My point was merely that the inability to see the transmog hasn’t hurt Druid popularity, and I doubt it will effect Evoker popularity.

You completely disregarded the rest of the post. You only took a single line, you troll. Evoker popularity doesnt matter, what matters is what people are asking for. AnD a majority of druids want the ability to have armor on their fucking bears and cats.

Nah, it isn't an issue for most players. Nearly nobody will say "Oh, I can't play Evoker because I can't show off my transmog" as long as there are other customization options available.

I don't really think they can afford to be much taller than tauren. There are doorways in the world that tauren can just barely get through.

People overwhelmingly play the few races that look pretty and have the least clipping/stretching of armor.

That's exactly what I think too. So armor should look fine on them

Blizzard already said in an interview they would consider letting people play in Visage forms full time. I think that's what is most likely to happen.

That's fine and all, I still want armor on the actual dragon. A shaman looking dragon looks fun to play

I'd want it to. But if they made the model in such a way that they cannot attach armor on it, it may very well be a serious delay for them to fix that. They SHOULD fix it. But if there is an easier/faster alternative, they might go for that.
