Alright so this person ( the deputy director of France's Cyberspace Gendarmerie Command) is expressing Twitter is incredibly violation of laws.


Any attempt to remove my tweets that link to my other social media accounts, not violating any law, would actually make #twitter an editorial media, and no longer a social media platform, with civil and criminal liability for *any* illegal content therein.

This person does link something into section 230 which I have not read into yet about if this violates US laws. Likely not cause we are shitheads here in the US and Derrrrrr-Regulation is our motto.

Elmo's biggest mistake was underestimating the free dissemination of information. "Secret" meetings held in public places used to be the norm back before everyone had a camera. Now everyone can see who he's meeting with. But yeah, Jared Kushner and Saudis as investors for Twitter strong arming Elmo into stepping down. This is going to be the real shit show. They'll be a lot more quiet than Elmo and not tweet foot in mouth posts every hour. They'll quietly implement changes that favor foreign powers and the right.
