You can not. There is a voter registration list, and things like checking citizenship and other 'is this person legally allowed to vote' is done at that stage, not at the ballot box. If they were doing detailed checks on election day on every person walking in then almost nobody would have time to vote in the first place. The actual legitimate windows for voter fraud is not 'non-citizen walks in and votes', it's usually family members voting on behalf of someone who died between registration and election, or on behalf of someone who has decided to not vote for whatever reason. Both of which require access to information (That said person is registered to vote but will not be casting one) that random people generally do not have.

Gonna bet it's 3, seeing lots of hints around that Elon's creditors for his twitter acquisition are starting to get antsy about being paid back and he'd either have to sell shares in Tesla or open up Twitter as a publicy traded company and sell shares there, which would let the world know he's out of liquidity.
