The issue with these soft insults is that the people they are aimed at don't really take them as insults. It's an issue I feel the anti-Trump side has had for a long goddamn time.

I mean, they're not "insults" if they're just factually accurate.

Calling a guy a "pedophile" because you're rude is an insult. Calling him a "pedophile" because he was caught mid-coitus with an 8-year old is just being accurate and truthful. The pedophile getting upset about the accurate label means absolutely fucking nothing. You don't like it? Good. I'll call you a pedophile again, then.

...And there's nothing inbetween or beyond that. Nothing actually savage that would evoke some other feeling than cringe (from me at least).

Of course it could be MMOC specific problem where we don't get to use insults we might otherwise use, but I doubt that because I see it elsewhere as well.

All because he made a claim that was false and got fact checked by the ISS commander and the general public.

Can you please add a strike system whereby habitual engagement farm accounts, who thrive on missinformation are given a strike if a community note is generated and is found to be factual.

After 3 strikes the account is deleted.

This will deincentives the spread of missinformation and increase quality of info through pre fact checking.
