Reminder: Republicans want to outlaw that, too.
“There you stand, the good man doing nothing. And while evil triumphs, and your rigid pacifism crumbles to blood stained dust, the only victory afforded to you is that you stuck true to your guns.”
The people in support of this bill are annoying and beyond understanding.
I said that I support a families right to pull life support and I do not see abortion as different. A person replied "So you are for killing homeless people, because money is life support!" Like what the actual thought goes through people's head celebrating this decision?
Also, the number of people who said Roe v Wade "made a law" bother me. It was merely blocking states from making laws that imposed on a person's right to privacy. So many people don't care that this decision means that the current view is that citizens of the United States do not have a Right to Privacy unless their state says they do.
I even encountered people who are saying "Oh, Roe v Wade is suddenly about privacy now!" and they ignore the words of the Roe v Wade decision where Right to privacy is listed many times.
I just don't understand how people can be happy with less rights and somehow think this means people have more rights now.
Peace is a lie. There is only passion. Through passion I gain strength. Through strength I gain power.
Through power I gain victory. Through victory my chains are broken. The Force shall set me free.

Hopefully the US comes back from this more united than before. It's time for healing.
I'm not sure what else that could have happened to more motivate people to vote dem this November. This one ruling will likely make the difference in several house seats being won and maybe a few in the senate.
If inflation cools off and gas prices go down over the next few months this could be a devastating election for republicans when it previously seemed like the opposite.
