- Stronger social safety nets.
- Require employers to have mandatory parental leave.
- Improve funding to schools to help with educations of kids.
- Fight for proper and earlier sex education. Studies have shown starting basic sex ed pre-puberty reduces unwanted pregnancy and STD transfer rates.
- Support for teenage mothers so they can finish school.

You don't lower abortions by banning it. There is a reason why abortions spiked shortly after Roe v Wade and have been decreasing since then.
