I think they would only make sense as Orc Demon Hunters. Like, if Akama's been using Illidan's teachings to help the Fel Orcs at the Black Temple (and potentially Eredar too), regain their mortal minds.

1. Illidan's training in the novels was norotiously kept secret.
2. Why would Akama want to help the same orcs who turned millions of his people into a road?
This is a signature of an ailing giant, boundless in pride, wit and strength.
Yet also as humble as health and humor permit.
Furthermore, I consider that Carthage Slam must be destroyed.
Then, normal Draenei and Lightofrged Draenei wouldn't differ.
This isn't real life. It's a game. We're talking about magic and demonic corruption. You think the action of desecrating the corpse of a demon wouldn't have an affect?
Or hell, look at it at a basic level. Hook yourself up to someone and get a blood transfusion. Then, hook yourself up to a corpse that's been dead a week, see if there's any worse effects from that.
The blood of the pitlord still has corruptive porperties in Hellfire peninsula after it was killed at the pools of Aggonar.
Two totally different things. Draenei have a minor blessing by the Naaru, which at this point is basically part of their inherent biology. Lightforged need to go through an external ritual, where they're infused with the Light.
...and? The argument wasn't that a dead pitlord has no corruptive properties, the argument was that the corruptive properties gets worse when consumed from a demon's corpse. The blood of the pitlord still has corruptive porperties in Hellfire peninsula after it was killed at the pools of Aggonar.
I think it would be a really cool aesthetic to have playable, and I never really bought that Gorefiend was permadead given what we've seen in the past, so I'd be up for it. It could be framed as the Horde extending aid (similar to the tauren and Forsaken), with varying degrees of success. Also, fel orcs would look really nice with a model update.
RE: Worgen, Blizzard confirmed the curse is not hereditary, and the new worgen being made from existing worgen's blood were being created to resist the val'kyr's reanimation capability. Given that the val'kyr are now dead, and given the way the worgen heritage questline went (i.e. being worgen isn't important to being worgen), I would expect all worgen to be gone once the current generation die off. We might see a wolf cult forming to keep them around (not unlike what we saw in Grizzly Hills), but I expect it would be far rarer.
Huh, hadn't noticed the red-skinned orcs in the Horde before. Cool!
We have three types of humans as three distinct racial options (Stormwindian, Gilnean, Kul'tiran), so why not three orcs?
Why Mag'har?

That would be an incredibly strange bug to have lasted for well over a literal decade and through a couple zones revamps. Might as well say that Taunka having bison heads instead of normal tauren heads is a bug. Because they never confirmed that it wasn't!
I would love that. Kargath was wasted. The Fel Horde should have been the playable Horde from the beginning. Not the group of self loathing hippies lead by Thrall.
I know the term "felsworn" has been used as a name for specific groups that have sworn allegiance to the Burning Legion, but to use the term as any race or group that swears allegiance to the Burning Legion and subsequently becomes a "fel _____" variation of their race have shown time and time again not to be very... sane, or smart in their allegiances.
Felskorn vrykul in Stormheim, Felborne elves in Suramar, and the Feltotem tauren are 3 most recent examples. Fel orcs are just an older example.
That being said, I do hope in the inevitable "cosmic war" expansion (even if it's focused on Light vs Void) I do hope we get a similar allegiance system where you get to pledge your allegiance to a specific cosmic force and become an "infused variation" of your playable race. That would be cool.

Why no, people don't just like Sylvie for T&A: https://www.mmo-champion.com/threads...ery-Cinematic/
Could see them as a Orc demon hunter skin if they're ever expanded.
