The existence of a DE&I department isn't "proof" of anything my dude. Many large corporations have these. Blizzard's stated intent is to make sure that they're getting word of their positions out in the world in avenues which attract people from diverse backgrounds which may not traditionally be interested in a career with video games. The usual straight white males will continue to apply for the job and if they're the best candidate for the job, they'll get it. The fact that, maybe, just maybe, a few people from marginalized backgrounds may also get jobs is not proof that straight white males are being persecuted. (Thanks for the correction, @
UnifiedDivide.)
This whole thing is in your head.
