Spell Tooltips Gone

So, I've gone back to using Blizz's base UI and noticed that when I hover my mouse over abilities on my action bar all it says in the tooltip is the name of the ability or spell instead of a full description of what the spell is. I have essentially no other addons running. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Simplest fix is to mouse over minimap

That did not work. Still just the name with no description.

There used to be an option to turn on "Enhanced Tooltips." Where has that gone in the patch?

Try this

/console UberTooltips 1

Ah, so you can see the tooltip, my bad, I thought it wasn't appearing at all.

Run this command then

/console ubertooltips 1
