If it had no value why were people doing farm raids in order to gain them? You could buy bonus rolls for them which ensured that the crystals had value. 3,500 for all 3 bonus rolls. You had pets and other stuff as well that could be bought with them. It is silly to claim they had no in-game value. Bonus roles were not added until the end and the claim was heroic level loot which was not true. As for cosmetics you pointed out those do not change how people play so no in game value.

Bonus rolls existed for Apexis from the start of WoD. It was not the only way to acquire them but it is again silly to claim they didn't exist. You seem to be ignoring anything that doesn't fit your viewpoint rather then dealing in just facts.
